On the fence as I walked in. The MA that took my chief complaint/vitals was good. The PA that examined me😍Dallas! She was awesome. Very thorough. Asked a lot of questions. Felt very comfortable with the Q&A process. Confident in her knowledge. Would definitely return.

This was the nicest urgent care I’ve ever walked into! One of the ladies at the front desk took care of me rather quickly and was so sweet and kind. I waited about 10 mins and was called to the back by a nurse. The nurse was very nice. She took her time to make sure she got an appropriate medical history and was very gentle when giving me the rapid strep, covid, and flu tests. When the PA walked in she was very friendly and warm, and made me feel well taken care of. I highly recommend!!

Been here many times. For the most part is in and out. Never have had an issue with the workers there they are all really nice, professional and helpful! Place is organized and clean!

What a pleasant surprise! The staff was so accommodating the physician's assistant was welcoming warm and knowledgeable. The technician was extremely skilled and pleasant to converse with. If I need in the future are on the spot urgent care this will be my number one choice.

Convenient and love the practitioner but very understaffed very long waits they only have 1 provider on staff at all times. That is something that should be disclosed because the ER would have been quicker. All this for an ear ache !! 2 hours wait time. Consider alternative location if waiting room is packed

I had an awful experience at this urgent care. I came here to have a physical form filled out for my school. They did a ppd test and then attempted to draw blood. However the technician was not experienced at drawing blood, he ended up poking me four times and nothing came out. My arms were all bruised up from them, they were never able to take my blood and I have never experienced a problem with this before. They wrote me a script to get it done at the lab, but I had to wait for a few days while my bruising subsided. Finally after a couple of days I got my blood taken at the lab with zero problems. When they got my results they said my immunity to measles was low and tried to push a vaccine on me that I already had as a child. My school has no requirements for this. I told them I am currently pregnant and cannot take a vaccine, they then required a note from my OB gyn for proof that I am pregnant, when they could have easily just given me a test on their own to save time. it took me almost 2 weeks to get a simple paper signed. Do not go here unless you want to deal with untrained physicians that don’t know how to perform simple tasks like taking blood.

Urgent care that don't care. My daughter is so sick with sore throat and high temperature. We arrived at 7:45 pm. Closing time is at 8. Door is locked. The staff simply ignored us. They finally came out and said that they are closed. The doctor came out and told us to go somewhere else Urgent care - that don't care! Dont go there

This was the first time I was treated at this New City Urgent Care…what a very great experience. The nurse practitioner asked me many questions and really listened to me. She explained everything very clearly and was very pleasant. I will definitely use this Urgent Care again. Thank you for treating me with kindness and professionalism.

4 star because I waited for an hour but everyone was so nice and accommodating especially Dallas.
