Walker Automotive mobile repair

Super happy with choosing Walker Automotive for my new brakes and rotors. Jamahl was awesome, he knocked out the whole job in 2 hours on my 2021 Toyota 4Runner and then we took it for a test drive and couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend for any repairs and will definitely calling Walker Automotive back for any future repairs.

Jamahl was responsive, and very transparent throughout my cars repair. He worked with me on getting the right parts, was flexible in working me into his schedule and drove to me to make the repair. Great mechanic, glad I called him.

I recently used Walker automotive for a SECOND repair to my daughter's vehicle. She lives in Orlando, we do not. Car wouldn't start and we were prepared to buy a starter and have him install it, but he expertly diagnosed the problem and got to fixing it quickly. Very professional, great communication, and the first number I'll text when I have future car issues in the Orlando area.

Jamahl replaced the starter to our Mazda minivan today. This was the second time he’s helped us with our vehicles. He had replaced the starter to our Buick about a year ago as well. He’s super professional, gets the he job done quick & right. It was great to turn the ignition and hear it start right up! Always appreciate Jamahl’s professionalism and quality of his work!

Jamahl was incredible! I needed to replace my thermostat, and he not only handled the installation but also took the time to explain the entire process from start to finish. He made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving and gave me a much better price than any other place I found. I would recommend him without hesitation. If I ever need anything else done on my car, he’ll be the first person I call. An amazing professional and a genuinely great person as well!!

Awesome service!!! Quick response time, friendly & easy to work with. Willing to answer questions, took on additional repairs to eliminate additional service fee at a later date. Walkers completed the full repairs (including the additional replacement of rotors & taking me to get the correct parts & rotors) in less than the estimated time quoted for the original brake service scheduled. 10 out of 10! Walker is a great mechanic and easy to work with! He did a brake job for me (better price than you’d get at a shop) and noted a tire with a major tear needing to be replaced.

Jamal is an awesome, reliable, fair, honest, punctual mechanic and just really nice person in general. Oh, and I never met him in person (don't even know what he looks like!). My daughter goes to UCF and I live in Ft. Lauderdale. I have no clue about the auto shops in Orlando. She needed an alternator on her 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser. It was dead in the parking lot at her complex. I called around a few shops near her. Their prices were outrageous, plus I would have to arrange towing the car to the shop. I found Jamal on Google and saw his reviews. I know it's tough to trust anything these days but you could tell these reviews were genuine, not created by AI or the guy's family, so I took a chance. I'm so glad I did..!! I found the alternator online. He saw what I picked out, said it was good but did some research on his own and found the same one for a lower price on Amazon. Saved money there, had it shipped to my daughter in a couple of days. Came to my daughter's complex and installed it right there in the parking lot in about 3 hours. The shops I called said it would be an all day job and were DOUBLE the price that Jamal quoted me. Couple of days pass and my daughter tells me the car won't start. Turns out the battery was shot from the bad alternator. Jamal had charged it up but it wasn't holding the charge. He came back, bought a new battery and put it in. Everything is fine now. This guy is literally too good to be true and he stands behind his work. I paid him with Zelle. He goes over and above to make things right. He actually cares about what he does and knows the value of his reputation. Not having a shop to pay rent on allows him to have lower prices. The fact that he comes to you to do the work is icing on the cake. I know this is a long review but I believe in giving credit when it's due. Times are tough all around, hard to trust anyone these days and I can't afford to buy my daughter a new car. I know there are lot's of people like me out there going through the same thing, so finding a guy like this can literally make a difference in people's lives. Thank you Jamal for everything. Keep up doing what you do. It's more than just fixing people's cars. The money they save can be put towards other bills. The convenience you provide gets them back on the road quicker. I contacted Walker Automotive mobile repair to replace the fuel line on my vehicle. Jamal did a excellent work, very courteous and respectful. Affordable and reliable. I would definitely recommend and use him again in the future.
