Wales roofing arrived with a good-sized crew and cleaned off the old roof & placing on the linings of the roof in less than half a day. The 2nd day they put on the shingles in about 5 hours. The roof looks great.

It was my first insurance claim for a roof replacement and I must say I needed a little hand holding. That is exactly what I got and then some. When we first purchased our home the homeowners insurance company we were with wanted reassurance about our roof condition. We contacted Wales roofing, due to them being referred to us by many happy previous homeowners, and Frank the owners son came and got up there and inspected the roof for us. He gave us an estimate for a replacement , but the most kind and professional thing they did was give us a letter of reassurance for the insurance company that the roof still had a set number of years of good structural integrity. Guess how much? It cost us a smile and a thank you! The insurance kept us. Fast forward 7 years later, and guess who we called for a new roof? You got it! Not only did Frank Senior himself the owner come and get up on our roof and notate damage we had for the insurance, but gave me sound advice on how to approach my communication with the adjuster so both parties benefit from the clarity of what I needed without unnecessary confusion. We were not approved for repairs however, we were approved for a whole new roof! Praise God! Amy The administrative master mind that runs the office at Wales, handled all communications with the adjuster at Nation Wide insurance, and knew what images and verbiage was needed to communicate the expenses that needed to be covered. Days later, our check was in the mail, and let me just say our roof installation was completed in one day! Due to the great crew and the weather being so kind thanks to The Lord's grace. By the way Amy also drove all the way to our home which is at least an hour just to drop off the swatches and samples of the shingles, and picked them up when the roof was completed. I can honestly say this is one of those times in my life when I felt respected, appreciated, and supported.
