I am thrilled with the results from my Kitchen renovation. Nathan was outstanding in his management of the sub-contractors. Checking in personally almost daily to keep me informed and what the plan ahead was. Also checked the quality of the work done and the workspace was cleaned at the end of each day. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone thinking of using Waka Property.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The whole process was easy and swift. I had a quote within 2 days and work started the very next week. Nathan kept on top of the workers coming through and everything was kept clean and all rubbish was removed as they went. Communication via text and email was great, letting me know when someone would arrive the next morning which gave me ample time to make sure I was ready for them. It couldn't have been an easier process for me. The hard work put in by everyone has given me my dream ensuite and I am ecstatic. I will absolutely be in touch for the next project.

Outstanding service from Waka Property - upon finding some slowly leaking plumbing in my home, I really didn't know where to start in getting things sorted. Waka turned this into a positive, repairing the damage, and providing an awesome refresh of our bathroom and ensuite at the same time.

Nathan and his team fully renovated my bathroom installing a new shower and vanity unit. The new room is awesome and a big improvement on the last. Waka property took care of all the required trades and made the process so much easier and him and his guys were so easy to deal with fitting in around my work schedule to get it done.
