Waiheke Hybrid Taxi

Karim, Kyle, and Keith were absolutely the best. They had quick response to my initial email. We had comfortable and prompt pickups at all of our planned stops for the day, no waiting on a bus or having to call around in hopes of someone being able to fit us in. They worked with our scheduled vineyard stops and were friendly and knowledgeable. I accidentally left my phone in one of their vehicles at the end of the day, and Kyle returned with it within just a few minutes. I am so grateful for their friendly and convenient service. I will absolutely use their services anytime I visit Waiheke Island.

Me and my friends had an AMAZING taxi driver. It was on new years and he actually saved us. He was so nice and even gave a us some life advice. His driving skills were top tier and I genuinely hope the best for him his name was Karim and the taxi company should give him a raise or a bonus or something because he truely deserves it. 10/10 service and affordable prices! We love you Karim!

We had an overall great experience. We took several rides with Karim - he was a very safe driver as well as super reliable and knowledgeable of the area. He shared several great recommendations with us for things to do around Waiheke Island and Auckland.

We had a fantastic journey and felt very looked after by our driver Karim. He was very courteous and helpful with advice of good places to eat and drink. On top of this, the prices were fair. Would recommend him to all.

We arrived on Waiheke with a booking in a winery for lunch and no real idea how to get around. We took a public bus to Oneroa and had a nice time browsing around. I saw this Taxi parked up and asked the driver (Karim) if it was possible for him to pick us up in an hour a bring us to lunch. He was more than happy to oblige and we exchanged numbers. He was bang on time and shared his top tips on activities along the way. We arranged to meet him a couple of hours later and he again arrived spot on time to bring us to the ferry. Our driver Karim was a life saver! so affordable and drove us around 3 times. deserves a raise.

I have no idea how this taxi service gets 5 stars. He literally charges us $20 for a 1 mile, 3 minute ride. What a rip off. I hate being taken advantage of. Ruined my entire night. Make sure you ask how much before you get in his beat up taxi.
