Mike was very kind and professional. He kept us updated on his ETA before arriving and diagnosed the issue very quickly. Not only did he explain what the issue was, he explained the repair process and made sure to answer any questions. The service was excellent and the timely response for service was greatly appreciated in this heat! Highly recommend W.E.D.O. for a/c maintenance and repairs!

Great experience with this company. They do a no-fee service call/diagnosis, which I've found is becoming less common, and responded quickly. The problem was correctly diagnosed (a failed ECM blower motor) and fixed at a very reasonable price. I was able to get competing quotes and WEDO was the lowest, although one company did offer to beat WEDO's price. What impressed me most, however, was the follow-up service. After the blower repair, I discovered the system still wasn't cooling properly. I contacted WEDO, and they sent the same technician (Mike L.) the very next day. He diagnosed a separate refrigerant issue and restored the system to normal operation without any additional charge, even though the refrigerant issue was unrelated to the blower motor repair. Note. Since the blower hadn't been working, the refrigerant issue couldn't really be evaluated until the airflow was restored. Excellent customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I spoke with Dan and one of the lady (forgot her name). Appreciated the free estimate for the repair instead of a trip charge. They found my emc blower needs to be replaced after tech was onsite to diagnose the issue. I called in and the lady asked if I was homeowner as I should have warranty for my Carrier AC for the part unit replacement, but they aren't Carrier AC certified partner so it would of cost me $1500 approx to fix with part. She recommend I call Carrier warranty and check for a local partner! Really appreciate this company to assist me and not just looking to gain a buck. I highly recommend using them if you're using Goodman AC which they are certified partners of.

This company is the best in the world. Angel, employee, is one of the best guys. He is very kind, bright and skillful. Even though he spends fuel gas, time and fixing my furnace, this company asked no payment. My heating system has no problem. Thank you , Angel and WEDO

Mike was very helpful, informative, and professional. I live in an upstairs condo unit, and recently I began hearing a loud and unusual noise coming from the closet where my HVAC system is located. Although my system was installed several years ago, the company came out at no charge to investigate the issue. Mike inspected my HVAC equipment as well as the outdoor condenser area. He determined that the source of the noise was not my system, but rather a neighboring condenser unit with a faulty fan motor that was not operating properly and was overheating. He clearly explained what he found and answered all of my questions. I appreciated the time he took to investigate the problem, his honesty in diagnosing the true source of the noise, and his willingness to provide assistance even though the issue was not with my own HVAC system. Excellent customer service and professionalism.

Love these guys. Called them late in the morning on a 92 +deg weather and was told they are extremely busy but will try and get to us around 5-6 pm We got notified at 2:30pm they are in route. Unfortunately our condenser fan motor died but technician got us back up and running in about an hour. Always fast and friendly service. Thank you guys

Angel did an excellent job diagnosing and repair my a/c unit on a Saturday. They came out next day and were very prompt. I would recommend WEDO A/C to other homeowners.

WeDoAC & Heat has been doing a great job for me for a few years. They take care of my AC annually with a check up. Addressed an AC emergency last summer quickly. Have taken care of heater issues a few times.

The tech was courteous and knowledgeable and gave honest options and opinions regarding our system. Will definitely use their service again when needed.
