This is the first time I used WEDO for repair. Dan came over to check out my AC unit. Explained everything he was doing. He started outside and opened up the unit and it needed to be cleaned. He changed the capacitor and it runs like a champ! I will use the company again!

Called W.E.D.O. when my A/C began blowing warm air recently. I called in the afternoon and they were able to schedule me the following morning as their first call as I live down the street from them. They don't charge to diagnose and their prices are probably about the best you'll find. Technician Angel came and first checked the capacitor, and then came inside and checked the temp at multiple registers both before, during and after the process. He hooked up his equipment to the compressor and discovered it was low on refrigerant. He quoted me a price that honestly couldn't be beat. I had gotten a quote from another more commercially known company in town whom wanted 3 times the amount just to top off the refrigerant. Their labor cost alone was more than my entire visit from W.E.D.O. and there town they did. Not only are their technicians super helpful and knowledgeable, but so is their office staff that answer the phones as well. They will never try to up sell you anything and are about the customer first and value returning customers which I was, and had them replace the capacitor on my system 3 years prior.
