Jonathan, the maintenance officer has always looked after my property and has been extremely proactive when things have needed attention... Even doing a small repair with no cost to me which I deeply appreciated. These guys always go out of their way, both for the landlord and the tenant. Some agencies only care about the landlord while neglecting the Tennant and their needs, but not Vyvid. They let me know when something needs to be sorted. In addition, they have always helped me as property owner, for example by ensuring the tenant paid me for water and utilities. Ive also appreciate how they pay my rent at the same time each week.
