My first time here, unfortunately not happy. Tes the technician was nice and explained but the place is very loud. Everyone talking and laughing in the front. I could hear other customers. Facial suppose to be relaxing. But I was fraustared. Also I did purchase a groupon for microdermabrasion but I was suggested the other facial is better bc I have redness and I asked if I could use the same voucher, the front lady said no you need to pay the difference which is also double the price. Then I went back on groupon and found the same deal which she didnt want to tell me. She wanted me to pay the difference which was double!!
Overall not happy. Not relaxing

I was in the area and I was able to do a same day appointment facial which was good. I did a hydrogen oxygen facial which I found via Groupon for the first time, which I learned was a bit different than a hydra facial but offers similar effects where my skin felt hydrated and glowy afterwards. Facials included a shoulder and back massage and scalp massage that relaxes you. They offer a reasonably priced facial package for new customers which I would have considered if I lived closer to the area. I will see how my skin turns out.
