Walk-ins are not welcome within the last hour of closing. I understand that we arrived 30 minutes before closing and they were in the middle of a child’s haircut (almost finished). On average, a child’s haircut takes 15 to 30 minutes, based on my experience of having my son’s haircut for the past 11 years. It was not that they would not cut my son’s hair; it was the older lady’s response, “We have to lock the doors at six.” I inquired, “So the answer is no?” She condescendingly responded with the same thing, prompting me to ask the question again. Finally, she acknowledged, “Yes, that’s a no.” I would’ve maybe not been so upset considering that yes we walked in late if she would’ve just offered to maybe make me an appointment for the next day, but that wasn’t even offered. It would have been our first visit, and the place appeared to be quite pleasant. However, customer service and the lack of honesty were disappointing. I genuinely believe that they simply did not want to perform a last-minute haircut.
