Shady company that is more interested in greed than customer service. I ordered some parts from them, and called before they were ever shipped to cancel my order. They refused to cancel the order because it was against their “policy” to cancel orders when all they had to do was not ship the items from warehouse. They would rather get the returned product with the 20% restocking fee in order to make more money. Highly recommend not buying from them **edit - their response below is a prime example of what I’m talking about. “Sorry for shipping your item too fast” and “same day”. What are they even talking about. I called to cancel BEFORE it was shipped, and it wasn’t same day. It was actually shipped out longer than the 48 hours that they brag about online. This isn’t a custom part and is simply stock In A warehouse. Cancellation of orders are rare but they happen and any reasonable company would allow that. They say it’s against their policy to cancel orders, but of course that isn’t listed anywhere online. Stay far away from this company

BMW doesn't make it easy. Cut out the old downpipe. due to extra bracing (convertible M235ix) tried it from the top, as VRSF pipe is 3 pieces was able to do it in sections and fit it together all from top. no intercooler removal. looks great, works great. tech guy was good with all my questions.

Loved the charge pipe for my BMW e93 335i. Considering the OEM part is nearly $500 and this was roughly 1/4 the price and higher quality, I’m super impressed. Can now push my car and feel confident my charge pipe won’t burst into pieces

THIS is a prime example of how shady they are - they refused to cancel my order before it was ever shipped, and their response was, sorry for having fast shipping times and they pride themselves on same day shipping. What a joke. They didn’t even read my post. I tried to cancel after I made the order and BEFORE the item was shipped. When they did ship the item is what actually outside of their “48 hour turnaround time”. Complete joke of a company

Bought the intakes for my f82 m4. Great fit and look. Provided all necessary parts for the install as well. Packaging was very safe and small. Product worked exactly as advertised and came in 2 days with the regular shipping option

I purchased a high-flow catted down pipe for my 2017 BMW X3 xDrive35i from VRSF’s online shop and I am very pleased with how it all turned out. The transaction was quick and easy. The part arrived on time and installed without any issues. The car sounds and feels so much better! This is definitely the first of many bolt-on parts I plan on buying from VRSF.

The exhaust system for the N54 is absolutely top-notch. I’ve had the full street setup on my E90 for five years with zero issues, and it sounds incredible. Recently, I switched to the race setup with a muffler delete, and paired with my single turbo setup, the sound is just unreal. I couldn’t be happier with the upgrade. Highly recommend this system—fantastic quality and a great company to work with!

Got a charge pipe for my 2015 N26 328i, install was easy and quick. Makes my turbo sound so good, I highly recommend VRSF.

The Staff at VRSF were very knowledgeable and answered my questions in a timely manner. The new downpipes for my E93 M3 fit perfectly and added huge difference in my exhaust set up. Gave it a more aggressive tone especially at higher RPMS.Very happy with my purchase.

Avoid at all cost! Terrible customer service. They go for quantity not quality. They will tell you to get a professional installer because installing downpipes you have to be certified in Automotive Science. I had fitment issues and O2 bung was welded in the wrong place and they wont do anything about it. Forget talking to someone on the phone, they respond weeks weeks after initial contact. If you don't want to deal with fitment issues and have a paperweight sitting on your bench AVOID!
