Very professional from start to finish. You can tell the owner has a system: he collects all the information he needs and explains the process for day of installation. They arrived early and well organized. The two gentleman were in and out very quickly, minimized and mess involved, and made sure to do a careful installation around the gaps at the side of my balcony because I have cats. I got the high grade net with 6 year warranty. My cats are very happy to be outside - always with supervision of course as this is balcony netting on the 16th floor. 💕 Don’t hesitate - the price is worth it for a clean proper install versus the cheap netting on Amazon.

Very good service! Rui is very friendly and quick to response. He was able to give me an appointment within a week, but I wasn't available for that day. He was very flexible and gave me an alternative appointment date within 2 weeks. The installation was on time and quick service. I am very satisfied with the team's work. Thank you for your help. I found out about this business through an online search. I was impressed with their work that I saw on the website and on Facebook and I wanted an installation done to my balcony. From the first conversation with Rui, it was very professional and I went ahead and scheduled the installation. Rui kept me updated on his arrival and when he and his team came for the installation, they continued to be professional. Installation was quick and I’m very happy with the result. There are lots of birds in my area and I haven’t been able to keep them off of the balcony. Constantly cleaning up after their mess and this solution is just perfect.
