VOVO BIDET

This is one of my best experience that I ever had. VOVO BIDET Company has an excellent customer service. It is at the top. Let me explain. I bought this beautiful bidet toilet for my wife just about years ago. She loves it and enjoys it every second. And took a great care of it because we know they are very expensive. But, however, 5 days ago it stopped flushing. I looked at it and I tried to troubleshoot the issue. And started doing some research and looking for parts online for it, then I thought about the Company VOVO which made my toilet. The 2 years warranty they offer expired and I didn't register it when I bought it. So I reached out to the VoVo customer service for help. I was willing to pay for any parts or I was even thinking to go ahead buy another toilet seat to install on it for her that's how much my wife loves it. After sent them an email explaining the problem, in less than an hour I got a reply. I said, WOW, baby I got a reply from someone Dawn. And the email asked for information about my toilet. I sent all of that, and I got another reply in couple of hours later. I sent some pictures to show my model, and Dwan sent me instructions to review with pictures well explained and said that you reviewed everything if you feel comfortable to replace the parts he will send me that parts. And effectively he did. Supper, supper nice, very professional, very effective conversation, rapid,. I have all that I need on the way right now at UPS coming. Dawn sent me my tracking number. I am checking every hour to see where there it is right now. I just think that the Company deserve more then 5 stars for their excellent Customer service. And Dawn took a great care of my problem that I have with the toilet and deserve more than 5 stars. My wife can wait to have toilet. I purchased one VOVO bidet VB-4000SE in June and it has been working great. I'm happy with so far. During Amazon summer black Friday promotion, it's price was so much better, I couldn't help but buy another one at a price about 200 bucks less. Would be super happy if they could match the price (😂). Anyway I'm happy with the buys so far.

Great electric toilet seat with awesome promo reward We really enjoy the VOVO electric toilet seat which looks neat, easy to install and offers various functions as other well-known brands yet at a great price on sale. The only change we wish is that it should offer a choice for the cord to be either on the left or on the right of the seat because not every toilet room has the outlet on the right side. Also highly recommend to register your newly bought product as soon as possible not only for the warranty but also for a super nice promo reward. This is our 3rd VOVO toilet seat bought so far.

I recently had an issue with my VOVO bidet where the water wouldn't stop filling and flushing. Fearing the worst, I reached out to VOVO customer service and Dawn quickly helped me diagnose the problem and recommended a replacement part. Never having fixed a toilet let alone a smart one, I was pretty apprehensive about doing the work myself. However, with Dawn's encouragement and super detailed and consumer friendly documentation, I was able to successfully replace the broken part without incident and now everything is working as it should. This is how all home appliances should be serviced. VOVO and Dawn have set the gold standard for DIY repairs.

I had a detailed discussion about the problem and possible solutions. Although there were some delays along the way, Anna handled everything professionally and kindly. I'm very satisfied with her support, and now I'm able to continue using my VOVO with confidence.

I purchased my Vovo bidet toilet in 2022. It has been so great. I had one minor issue with the toilet seat but Dawn with their customer service team was extremely helpful. Dawn was able to help me quickly and was very pleasant to converse with.

I havI have bought a total of five VOVO VB4000SEs in the past two years, and they are very useful and satisfactory. Recently, there was a small malfunction, and after contacting after-sales service, Dawn, an after-sales service staff, quickly replied to me and determined the cause of the malfunction. The replacement parts were sent over quickly, and the bidet worked normally after the parts were replaced. Thank you to all the after-sales staff, especially Dawn, who taught me how to replace the parts.

Great warranty service from Dawn at Vovo USA. Dawn quickly and correctly diagnosed issue described in my e-mail. He shipped replacement parts same day free of charge. I received parts couple days later installed them same day and bidet is working as good as new. Thank you for your help.
