⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience at Voss Honda in Tipp City while shopping for my first EV. I was comparing two dealerships, one here and one in Illinois. But after working with Jamie, who was super helpful and easy to talk to, I decided this was the right place. I also had a great chat with Ted, the manager, who took time out of his day to share his personal thoughts on the EV since he’d been test driving it himself. What he said really resonated with me and honestly helped me make my decision. I financed through my credit union in Oklahoma (I relocated to Hilliard about a year ago from Tulsa) and was so surprised and thankful that they held the car for me while the financing went through. It took about five business days. That really stood out to me since most places wouldn’t do that. Becky in the business office was also amazing! She is super professional and kind. The whole experience was worth the drive from Hilliard, and I’ll definitely be referring people here. The car I bought was a pre-owned EV, and I’m thrilled with it. The whole team at Voss Honda truly treated me right!

I needed some work done on my 2019 Ridgeline. Accessing the service department through the Voss website was simple and convenient. I was quickly able to make an appointment for a time that was convenient and met all of my needs. Service was completed at the appointed time and the work was high quality. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the experience.

Every experience I have had with Voss Honda have been great. From buying my car, to having my car serviced, getting a loaner car while my car was in service to buying my second car from them! Everything they do has the customer in mind. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for automobiles.

Had vehicle serviced this morning. Leslye did a great job checking me in, informing me of what needed completed and estimate sheet. Texted and called when it was very quickly completed as I had walked over for some breakfast close by. Great customer service and rates.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience purchasing our new vehicle from Voss Honda! Specifically, Jamie Hoskins, who was our sales consultant. He was very professional yet kind, relational, and funny! Nobody we interacted with was pushy or over the top salesy like it can be at some dealers. We saw a lot of vehicles at other dealerships and were not overly impressed by those interactions. At Voss, they were straightforward with pricing, were willing to work with us with putting down a deposit because we were going out of town, and got us the best finance rate over any other dealership we went to!

I have been a customer of Voss Honda for a couple decades and continue to have the best service and care. I appreciate my service write Nick and his feedback and recommendations and my sales representative Wally is great! Additionally, the cash window and parts area are always staffed with friendly and helpful people. I recommend the dealership to everyone.

We had a great experience at Voss’s service shop. We brought our van in for repairs but were having issues with the warranty we got through a different dealership. Our car spent over 3 weeks at Voss while we drove a loaner vehicle and fought with the warranty company to get our repairs done. Through it all Randy from their service department was very professional and helpful. He did what he could on his end to try and help us get it fixed and was very patient and understanding. In the end we were told by our warranty that we couldn’t get the work done at Voss, but our warranty experience with them was overall a positive one because of Randy.

The service advisor, Zach, listened to me regarding my car issue and took the time to get in the car and confirm what I was hearing and feeling. He kept me up to date on the repair which was very expensive and I appreciate that information. I was also given a loaner car due to the extended time the repair was going to take which was very helpful to me. I was able to talk directly with the mechanic about the repair and share my concerns which he listened to me and respected me as a woman who depends very much on her vehicle. When I picked up Randy was very helpful and courteous. Thanks again, Lisa Wright!
