First, I will say I don’t typically write reviews, unless someone proves to be outstanding on some level and I have extremely high standards. That said, we called Voltech Electric Services around 7 pm Friday, Dec. 12 and arranged to have a technician come to our rental home, the following day, to check on a breaker that kept kicking off the heating unit. The tech came out on Saturday, December 13, looked at everything and said we had an HVAC issue, so we needed to get an HVAC company to come out and take a look. We paid their fee and followed up with an HVAC company. The HVAC company came out Sunday morning, December 14, took a look at everything and said it was not the HVAC system, it was indeed an electrical problem. Shortly after, I texted Will, the owner of Voltech, that the HVAC person said it was an electrical issue and to please call me at his earliest convenience. He called me within the hour and he made a point to drive out to our rental house and address the problem, himself, within the next two hours. He not only figured out the problem, he apologized for his techs misjudgment and he went ABOVE and BEYOND to fix the problem. Not only that, he didn’t charge us any more to make all the necessary repairs. I would like to reiterate that all of this took place on a weekend, when you can’t even get ahold of most companies, like this. He showed great moral character and a willingness to admit there was a mistake made by his tech and he went out of his way to fix it. Because of his honesty, his moral character and all he did to take responsibility for his technicians misjudgment, we will use him and his company going forward and definitely share his name with high recommendations to our friends. He truly is deserving of all the 5 star ratings!
