Extremely disappointing experience with VN Power Solutions. I purchased a new battery, but when it came time to pay, they refused to accept card payments, claiming their POS machine was not working—even though the machine was available. This is the second time I've encountered the same issue, which makes it seem like card payments are intentionally being avoided. Such poor customer service and inconvenience are unacceptable. If you expect transparent payment options and a hassle-free experience, I recommend choosing a different service provider.

I had a Good Service, my bike battery had a problem and the company service told that It will cost a lot but they did it for a reasonable price and the staff was very polite and welcoming . They didn't sell me any specific battery they suggested me the right one based on my preference.

Prompt service ..before replacing battery they tested with other battery after confirmation only they recommend to buy new ..really appreciate the way they handle ..highly recommend

Worst experience they sell all duplicate batteries sf sonic first I bought in the year 24-7-2023 it was discharging for 3 every months and I replaced for a new battery again on 4-4-2025 same problem and no warranty for this time 17-4-2026 and they charged 150 for only check up.

The owner of this shop, Mr. Venu Kumar, explains things well and is very patient. I've bought batteries there twice, he will install it wherever we need.
