1. Most of the services except for teeth whitening might be covered by insurance. We follow Alberta Dental Fee Guide and Direct bill insurance. We offer complimentary (free) teeth whitening session with your cleaning.
2. Teeth cleaning appointment will include your check up, scaling, polishing and fluoride. And complimentary whitening.
3. Deep cleaning includes check up, scaling, deep scaling of root surfaces or areas where there is a deep gum pocket, polishing, fluoride. You dont have to book it separately, hygienist will recommend it on the day of your appointment.
4. You can purchase additional whitening sessions after your initial session . You will see 1-2 shades improvement after first session. Some people want even whiter result and purchase additional whitening. In total you might need 3-4 sessions of whitening to get very bright white results. Whitening has some contraindications - our hygienist will discuss this with you prior the procedure.
5. Sensitive teeth or gums? We provide needle free numbing as well freezing to make you feel comfortable. No additional charge.
6. Everyone child (2 years +) and adult need cleaning every 6 months. If you have gum disease, gingivitis, if you smoke, or have medical conditions such as diabetes, heart problems, arthritis you need cleaning every 3-4 months.
