All of the staff were super friendly! Jennifer was great, explained everything every step of the way and got us right in/out! Will definitely go back if I ever need anything again!

I am on otezla. Every single year I have trouble getting amgen to fill my prescription. So I go months without my medicine. Amgen is a nightmare to work with. Jennifer called them for me to find out why they refuse to send me otezla . She said she would do it and she had her office call me to follow up. I appreciate someone trying to help me. Amgen is not her problem but she is willing to try to help me. I appreciate her and her office.

He kept me well informed throughout my procedure and what will happen. I had no worries and the wound is healing quite well! Thank God for his skillful surgical skills during this procedure and I can't thank him enough!

What an incredible and comfortable experience. The moment I walked in the door I knew I was going to love this place. The two front desk ladies were so friendly and made my check in seamless. The girl who called me back to the room was very friendly as well. Then the doctor came in and it sealed the deal for me. I’m a very outgoing person and was very pleased with how they treated me. I couldn’t have asked for a better welcome for my first visit than I received. Keep being a light in this world.

I was very happy with the kindness and efficiency of the Staff at VItalSkin. Nick was very efficient and caring, explaining my rash and prescribed salve that has helped. It is so nice to have a good Dermatology Office in Mattoon!

They listen to my concerns and investigate them thoroughly. They give me action plans before I leave the office and make sure I'm clear with all the information provided before I leave.
