I was suffering from pretty bad hand eczema for over ten years and also had high blood pressure when a friend recommended me to Dr. Swanz. My general practitioner wanted to put me on medication to control the high blood pressure and three different dermatologists said I would never rid myself of the hand eczema because it was an autoimmune disease. I tried for years to control the eczema. It got better, but I never completely eliminated it. The peeling and itching drove me absolutely crazy. I often wondered if this was happening on the outside, what was happening on the inside? Finally, my blood pressure never got any better, so I decided to call Dr. Swanz. If you have and health problems or concerns at all I would not hesitate on calling Dr. Swanz. After about 6 months or so making changes to my diet and supplements my eczema is now totally gone. No more peeling skin! And turns out, limiting caffeine and raising my potassium has lowered my blood pressure. No medication! Unlike every other doctor I had seen, Dr. Swanz didn’t want to just throw medication at the problem he wanted to truly find the root cause of both my problems. My quality of life is so much better not having to deal with itching and peeling skin. My sleep has greatly improved as well. I can’t recommend Dr. Swanz enough. He’s the health coach you need.

Dr. Swanz is an amazing Naturopathic Doctor that I highly recommend. I am a health coach myself and have a lot of experience and knowledge in the holistic world. The summer of 2024, my husband and I were at the end of our rope with our 12 year old son's medical condition. For over a year, he had been experiencing severe stomach pain, was losing weight because he wouldn't eat, was extremely moody because he felt awful 99% of the time, and school which he once loved become a struggle. This pain was interfering with things he loved like sports and family/friend relationships. We had completed blood tests, allergy tests, had multiple hospital visits, x-rays, stool samples, and so much more. In June 2024, his pediatrician told us that he needed to seek counseling from a licensed professional because they couldn't find anything and thought this was mostly stemming from anxiety. While we acknowledged some of this was causing anxiety, we were certain there was more to it. After researching at home day after day, I came across Dr. Swanz and reached out. He quickly responded, we talked on the phone, and I scheduled the appt for an in-person visit. To make a very long story shorter, our son is back to himself. The pain is gone! Dr. Swanz spent a lot of time with him asking questions, listened to him, provided detailed plans and steps to follow in the upcoming weeks, and before we knew it, our son was getting better. Dr. Swanz is incredible- he's very knowledgeable and an expert in his field; he's kind and spent a LOT of time with us, we never felt rushed or like a waste of his time; he was compassionate and our son felt comfortable talking with him; and above all, he was determined to give us a solution to get our son's quality of life back! Dr Swanz was very pleasant and professional .reviewed all my daughters physical health concerns and emotional. She had a cough for almost 2 months after pediatricians tried antibiotics and cough meds , she still had a persistent cough that prevented her from running and playing and coughing so hard she was vomiting. Almost immediately after using his natural remedies and adjusting some dietary habits, she was back to her old self enjoying her childhood. I will continue to use the knowledge given when seasonal allergies, cold and flu come around .. for her and myself.

This has been a great experience. Dr. Swanz personalized the solutions he identified during our one-on-one sessions, while supporting my efforts in the program. As a health informatics professional, I was intrigued with the topic. As someone who is facing a myriad of health issues, it prompted me to seek professional help from the one and only Dr. Swanz. Upon my arrival, I was greeted with warm smile and friendly demeanor. The venue was perfect as far as ambience and comfortability. The 3 course prefix dinner menu provided a variety of healthy options and the service was excellent. I was very impressed with Dr Swanz’s ability to tailor his presentation to fit his audience. He provided a plethora of useful information and context throughout the entire presentation but what really engaged the audience were the patient testimonials.
