If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Visual Health in Reston is by far the best eye care experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The office is spotless, modern, and carries an amazing selection of designer frames, with everything from timeless classics to the latest styles you won’t find anywhere else. Dr. Sagar Mehra is outstanding. He’s extremely knowledgeable, patient, and detail oriented. He takes the time to explain every part of the exam and makes sure your prescription is perfect. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and wants them to have the best possible experience. I left with crystal clear vision and total confidence in my care. Whether you need glasses, contacts, or just want a thorough eye exam from someone who treats you with care and respect, this is the place to go. Their prices are very competitive, and they accept just about every insurance, which makes it even better. Like others have said, I also wish I could give more than 5 stars! I just had the best doctor's visit I've ever had with Dr. Trisia Jarvis. She was super knowledgeable, helpful and kind. What started as just a routine eye exam turned into an amazing talk about holistic wellness and the science behind vision/ vision problems. I have never had a doctor be so comprehensive and spend time educating me like that before. The amazing experience did not end there. Crystal was also very friendly and knowledgeable! I had great conversations with her while picking out my new glasses, making the visit super enjoyable from start to finish!

I was having trouble seeing out of my left eye, and Visual Health got me an appointment same day. Dr. Mehra was so helpful and knowledgeable and got me into a retina specialist the same day because I needed retina surgery asap. Crystal and Dr. Mehra were so caring and checked up on me and the progress I was making post surgery. They also helped me get glasses afterwards. I would highly recommend coming to this location because the people that work here make it SO worth it!

Dr. Mehra is the best! I'd been having problems with my prescription, and he was able to solve things quickly. He was very kind, and explained everything thoroughly. I feel as though I got the best eye care I've ever had at this location!

Awesome experience at this branch. I’ve been with Visual Health for over 10 years and this new location is one of the best. Starting with great service from the front desk in answering questions and setting up an appointment. Dr Sagar Mehra is super knowledgeable and could not recommend seeing him enough for any of your eye needs.

Dr. Mehra was great. Very friendly and knowledgable. Front desk staff was also very helpful and gave honest advice about most affordable with my insurance.

It’s great to have a new optometrist in the area. My visit went incredibly well, the staff was very nice, organized and helpful with my prescription and the options I had with my insurance. They answered all my questions and I left very happy with my experience.
