The team is incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive to detail. They always take their time to make sure everything is done perfectly. I regularly get eyebrow threading, waxing, and facials, and the results are always flawless. My brows are shaped beautifully every single time, and their waxing service is clean, hygienic, and very comfortable. The facials are especially amazing — my skin feels refreshed, glowing, and deeply nourished after every visit. I recently tried their new head spa service, and it was such a relaxing and luxurious experience. It truly felt like a self-care treat — calming, rejuvenating, and worth every minute. They’ve also started offering full body laser hair removal, which is such a great addition. It’s wonderful to have so many high-quality services available in one place. I’m extremely satisfied with everything I’ve tried so far. On top of that, their new location looks absolutely beautiful — modern, clean, and very inviting. My friend and I came here to get gel manicures, and the service was impeccable! The pricing is extremely reasonable especially for all the time, care and effort that goes into the treatment you recieve. In between getting our nails cleaned up we each received a hand exfoliation and massage as well which was so relaxing. We ended up getting our eyebrows shaped last minute and couldn't be happier with how they turned out! The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and created such a wonderful environment.

I’ve been regularly coming here for the past few months to get my eyebrows threaded, it’s always been a very pleasant experience! The owner is lovely and she’s very skilled at what she does. She always gets me in even when I reach out last minute as is very accommodating. Would highly recommend for anyone in the McMaster area.

I’ve been going to her for 2-3 years now and she’s honestly amazing!! She’s super professional and hygienic, she never double dips with the same stick which makes me feel so comfortable. She uses Nufree wax and after going consistently it’s honestly become almost painless She’s also sooo good at eyebrow waxing/threading. She shapes them really nicely without making them too thin and actually listens to what you want. Overall such a sweet person and always does an amazing job. Definitely recommend 💕
