The team is incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive to detail. They always take their time to make sure everything is done perfectly. I regularly get eyebrow threading, waxing, and facials, and the results are always flawless. My brows are shaped beautifully every single time, and their waxing service is clean, hygienic, and very comfortable. The facials are especially amazing — my skin feels refreshed, glowing, and deeply nourished after every visit. I recently tried their new head spa service, and it was such a relaxing and luxurious experience. It truly felt like a self-care treat — calming, rejuvenating, and worth every minute. They’ve also started offering full body laser hair removal, which is such a great addition. It’s wonderful to have so many high-quality services available in one place. She was very fast, professional, and made sure everything was clean and comfortable. She did such a great job and took the time to make sure I was happy with how everything turned out. Prices are reasonable as well. The location is also very convenient, especially with the easy parking. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back!

I have been a loyal customer for 4 years now! I am a student a McMaster and they have kept my brows fresh all through my undergraduate! I go every 2-3 weeks and have been welcomed with nothing but a smile 😊 They have affordable student rates, on top of the lovely service I get each time I go in! They have an array of appointment times as most times I can just call and walk-in same day! They are also very quick with their services! They will truly be missed when I graduate!! My friend and I came here to get gel manicures, and the service was impeccable! The pricing is extremely reasonable especially for all the time, care and effort that goes into the treatment you recieve. In between getting our nails cleaned up we each received a hand exfoliation and massage as well which was so relaxing. We ended up getting our eyebrows shaped last minute and couldn't be happier with how they turned out! The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and created such a wonderful environment.

I’ve been a loyal client since the first two years this salon opened, and I can genuinely say I’ve always had such a wonderful experience here. The owner is one of the kindest, most genuine, and honest people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. She truly cares about her clients and has always gone above and beyond to accommodate me and my family whenever we’ve needed her services. Her work is consistently great, the salon is always clean and welcoming, and I’ve always found her prices to be very reasonable compared to other salons and mall locations. She is also very transparent, down to earth, has a warm personality and is very understanding. I really appreciate the trust and personal care she gives to her clients. I honestly encourage anyone reading reviews to come and experience the salon for themselves. Nowadays, people can leave reviews over the smallest things, and I think it’s important to form your own opinion based on the actual service and experience you receive. In my experience, this owner has always treated me and my family with kindness, honesty, and respect. May God bless her for all that she does for not just me but all her clients. If you ever have questions about pricing or any of the services, I would genuinely encourage you to call or contact her beforehand. She is more than happy to explain everything, answer questions, and help you understand exactly what you’re getting. Communication goes a long way, and I think it’s always better to ask questions directly so there are no misunderstandings afterward. We are all humans at the end of the day. No one’s forcing anyone to get their services done here, or anywhere else. Please communicate, call or text the owner if you ever have questions or are not happy with any of her services, she’s a gem of a person and would be happy to assist you. I really don’t see why Visu wouldn’t help you out because I know she’s not like that and she’d go above and beyond for her clients, Which makes me her regular and wanna come back here for all of my services. She has so much to offer at her salon, different types of waxes for sensitive skin types, different packages, in case you didn’t know her facials are one of a kind. I’ve been regularly coming here for the past few months to get my eyebrows threaded, it’s always been a very pleasant experience! The owner is lovely and she’s very skilled at what she does. She always gets me in even when I reach out last minute as is very accommodating. Would highly recommend for anyone in the McMaster area.

I’ve been going to her for 2-3 years now and she’s honestly amazing!! She’s super professional and hygienic, she never double dips with the same stick which makes me feel so comfortable. She uses Nufree wax and after going consistently it’s honestly become almost painless She’s also sooo good at eyebrow waxing/threading. She shapes them really nicely without making them too thin and actually listens to what you want. Overall such a sweet person and always does an amazing job. Definitely recommend 💕
