I had a very pleasant stay at visthara unit of Suraksha Stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the ambience was calm and relaxing. Housekeeping was neat and timely, and all basic amenities were provided as promised. The staff (anand)very polite, helpful, and responsive, which made the stay even better. Overall, it was a comfortable and value-for-money stay. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in AECS Layout, Bangalore. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. A special mention to Anand, who manages the hotel—he was extremely helpful and ensured everything went smoothly throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth considering if you’re in the area.

The only good thing about the hotel is that the rooms are nice, it's a new hotel. They're charging 500 rs extra for a room with breakfast, however, after checking in I got to know they don't prepare breakfast inside the hotel. They bring it from outside- only one dish one plate per person- Dosa/Idli. My booking was without breakfast and they charged me 50-70 rs for the same breakfast when I ordered from room. Do not book rooms with breakfast to waste your money. During checkin they told me they don't allow outside food, everything has to be ordered in house. After first day, they denied to get me breakfast as they said my booking was without breakfast. I told them I will pay and asked them why they got me breakfast for 50 rs on first day. After shouting, they got me on second day but for subsequent days there was no breakfast. They didn't allow outside food ordering for lunch and dinner but when I ordered dinner one night after 10.30pm they said I need to order from outside myself as their kitchen is closed. It's very confusing. I didn't have breakfast for many days ad I woke up late and they wasn't ready to buy me breakfast in exchange of money and also didn't allow ordering from outside after 11. So I had to wait till lunch until their kitchen opened. The guy and the lady at the reception are the ones doing this. Most likely they are owners or managers but the room service staff is very good.

Stayed here for 12 days. Very positive experience. Great energy in staff Fab service. Rooms are big, neat and clean with all basic amenities. Hats off to Anand from front desk, very nice hospitality. Definitely going to rebook for future stays in the area.

Had a pleasant stay there. We came with my family for my daughter's interview and had to stay there for 2 days. The area is calm...The hotel is clean and the Manager Anand was helpful. We often needed help while staying because we are new at banglore and Anand provided needed recommendations and assistance. Will recommend my friends and family for the place.

Abhishek and Akila were very helpful and displayed excellent professional expertise. Rooms value for money. One drawback was the food dept needs polishing up, as you stand to loose good revenue with non availability of items.

I had stayed in same hotel around 10 day's. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff is also good. There are 2-3 pure veg restaurant in walking distance. So, location is great for pure veg people. Just 1 minor thing, I observed poor internet connectivity through my stay. I think we should improve it. Apart from internet, overall experience good...I would highly recommend 😊
