I would recommend Vistas Roofing to anyone who needs a thorough, honest inspection and great customer service. Vistas responded quickly with the estimate. They worked efficiently, and even finished the work ahead of schedule. At one point, I thought Santa and 18 elves were hammering on my roof! And the crew left the yard spotless. Jacob Perez, the owner, was patient and explained any concerns that an old lady might have. (That says a lot.) He worked with my finances in order to complete the work. Vistas replaced my very old shaker shingle roof with modern shingles. I think it is beautiful! Vistas Roofing has also replaced the roof on our church and three family homes. I have a smaller project coming up, and I will also use Vistas to complete it. I would recommend this business based on the quality of work, timeliness, and overall professionalism.

Just got my roof done by Vistas Roofing and they did an excellent job! Good communication. Jacob always responded to my calls and text in a timely manner. The price for my new roof was reasonable. I accepted the quote and the following week the inspector was at my property right away. Our roof was replaced in a day. Overall positive experience and I will definitely be doing business with them again.

My wife and I highly recommend Vistas Roofing. Jacob came out to bid the re-roof of our home in Kachina Village, using GAF materials. We have three rows of heat mats under the shingles which are on the overhang of the north facing roof deck, to melt snow and prevent ice dams. These had to be carefully removed and then re-installed under the new shingles. We had another roofer bid the project, and both estimates were very close, but we felt that Jacob explained our options better and provided a more complete bid, including everything which was to be done. Vistas tore off the old asphalt shingles, ridge cap, and felt paper to the wood deck; removed the heat mats and set them aside; replaced plywood deck where it was rotten at the eaves; installed drip edge and two rows of ice and water membrane on the eaves, with synthetic underlayment on the rest of the roof; installed Timberline architectural shingles in color Hickory, which we feel goes well with the home’s stained cedar front, and yellow sides and rear; re-installed the heat mats; installed ridge vent and cap; painted the roof vents; and provided all the materials only to re-roof our shed, since we wanted our carpenter to modify it first. Jacob was present on the roof when it was time to reinstall the roof heaters, to make sure his crew knew how to do it properly. We really appreciated this! The slope on our front gutter was also adjusted, since it was not draining properly. The crew did a great job of cleaning up afterward, and completed the job in one day! Love this company!

Great company! Competitive pricing. Jacob Perez was polite and perfect representative for the company. Quick to respond to any email or text messages. I had them replace all the facia boards, some rain damaged soffit and extend the roof over a window to shield it from direct rain runoff. Quality construction work. The roof looks amazing and no leaks after some heavy rain storms. Very though cleanup at the end of each day and final day. I was supplied photos of the work progress and completed work. I'd recommend them to my own family if the needed any roof work.

We had Vistas Roofing put a roof on our new house. They did an amazing job and the crew was great. Jacob came out to look for a leak that ended us being from a door jam, rather than the roof. No leaks in the roof! We valued there work so much, that we had them work on repairing the sub roof of our daughters home before repainting. The replaced wood rot pieces and did a superb job. Vistas Roofing is easy to work with, honest and the crews do great work.

I chose Vistas Roofing because they were willing to do fascia board replacements and paint them to match while replacing the roof. Jacob was willing to negotiate price for replacement products. They were prompt and hardworking and started and finished the job as promised. I got four estimates from local contractors and considered price, materials, guarantees and the willingness to do the carpentry work necessary to preserve the roof.

Vistas Roofing is the best. From the estimate that Jacob provided, to scheduling and the day the roof was done, everyone was very professional and went above and beyond. I watched the roofers and they worked so hard. Stripping 2 layers of shingles revealed issues on the roof I was not aware of. They fixed each area with new plywood. Then began the re-roofing process. Great team work, very safe, excellent job. All communication with me was concise at all times. Jacob's follow up after the work was done was one final check. Yes, very happy customer. I highly recommend this team.

Jacob and his team were the best! Got his team to my house urgently to fix leaky skylights ( caused by hopeless other contractors). Survived two heavy rain falls since without a drop coming in. Great job done, good teamwork and very reasonable prices.
