Vista on Majestic Apartments

I have lived at the Vista Majestic apartments going on 1 year, recently new management was brought in. I’d like to say that has honestly been the best decision, Yvette the new property manager has been phenomenal very knowledgeable, understanding, professional and helpful. She is very prompt when responding to emails and any maintenance request I have recently had, have been resolved within 24 hours. I’m pleased to say the new management has definitely made a great impact.

The new property management team has done an excellent job since taking over at the start of the year. They are responsive, attentive to feedback, and quick to address any issues or concerns. It’s refreshing not having to wait days or weeks for repairs. The mountain views are beautiful, the rent is fair, and the available units are clean and move-in ready. I highly recommend this property… you won’t be disappointed.

I moved in a couple weeks ago and the Property Manager and associates that took over is doing a very good job keeping up with the maintenance and the property. the neighborhood it’s very good and Quiet good view of organ Mountains

I attended the “Under New Management” open house recently and was honestly impressed with the direction things are heading. The new team addressed past concerns head-on and outlined specific changes being made to improve maintenance response times and overall property standards. You can tell there’s an intentional effort to reset the culture here. The property has a lot of potential, and it feels like it’s finally getting the leadership it needed. Vista on Majestic offers a convenient location with well-maintained apartments, really quiet place and maintenance requests are handled promptly, with Jose as a reliable and quick to respond. The management team is generally responsive and clear on policies. Also the secretary’s are really friendly and helpful when I need something or have a question.. Overall, a strong choice for comfortable living and dependable maintenance.

I’m really happy renting here. This place is quiet, clean, and the person in charge of maintenance (Jose) is quick to respond to maintenance requests. I would recommend this place to everyone. Also, the secretary moves the renting process along quickly.

When you drive up and see the view from these apartments, you think it will be ok, but run away as fast as you can!!! That is why there are soooo many units (over 13) available. Every apartment complex in the Las Cruces area has maybe 1-3 units available. Go figure. If you have a maintenance emergency, no one responds. A friend had water in their apartment and no one responded for a week.. When you give your move in list of what is wrong, nothing gets corrected. (water damage under the sinks, shower doors that are filthy and needed recaulking that my son had to do himself, the old dishwasher that he and I worked on for 4 hours scraping the caked soap on the bottom of it and still the dishes had spots on them and it was unusable, and 2 screens that had holes in them that never got fixed.) The water is so hard here that your dishes don’t get clean and your hair has calcium in it. So… if you like to fix things yourself, move in and you will get no support from maintenance or the property manager once you move in. Find somewhere else.

Terrible place to live. The unit I moved in already had a ROACH INFESTATION. In every single room. All the food I buy has to go straight to the trash because of the damn roaches. The manager Susan sends the exterminator and blames my cardboard boxes for the roaches but the exterminator says there was a whole COLONY of the damn insects behind the refrigerator!! 0/10 do not recommend. Save your money and go elsewhere. Their “way of helping” is moving me to a different unit after I had to request it. Took them over a month to get back to me about it. save your energy and do not apply. Ghetto apartments. Outdated. Not to mention the 2 washers and 1 dryer available for the whole apartment complex to use.

Very well located, the apartment has nice distribution and the back desert trails are nice to walk.

Yvette was very helpful and informative the place was immaculate and spacious I would definitely recommend..if you’re interested or looking definitely go with Yvette
