The administrative staff is wonderful. Katie made sure to match us with a Visiting Angel who is a perfect fit. Our father is getting the assistance he needs and our mother is so grateful for the help she receives as a caregiver. The agency worked with us for over nine months to get approval through the VA to pay for their services and we've been delighted with the care Visiting Angels has provided over the past year. They are alwsys open to our feedback and cater to our specific requirements. We highly recommend Visiting Angels!

I LOVE Visiting Angels! The management and administration is outstanding! The business model is an exceptional example that allows time for caring, compassion, and companionship. I’ve ‘employed’ several home care agencies to help with a family member and although there are different business models, the quality of care and service from Visiting Angels is a refreshing and is a superior approach to home care. In the 14 years, I’ve been the primary caregiver for my family member, I have never had the owner of the company providing services come out to meet my family member and spend time getting to know him, or continually following up to see how the quality of services are going. If there is ever a concern, they truly want to know and take immediate action to remedy it. Scott and Jake do a fantastic job matching angels to the client’s needs; however, the client gets to choose their caregiver. The quality and compassion of the Angels is AMAZING. Their schedules are flexible and they provide everything from one hour of service to 24/7 service. I’m so impressed by their professionalism and the range of services including housekeeping, exercises, meal preparation, hygiene, and willingness to conform to the client’s routine and needs to ensure their comfort and quality of life. This branch of Visiting Angels is the absolute best! Mike and Becky in the office are always friendly and willing to help in any way possible, and the caregivers are a godsend (Colette, you truly are an angel). I'm unable to help my grandma the way I wish I could, but I know she is in the best hands possible. Mike in particular has been helpful and kind, going above and beyond for everyone he meets. My mother was taken care of by her Angel for over 3 years. She loved her Angel, and her Angel loved her! Because of Visiting Angels, my mother was able to stay in her home for over 3 years longer than she would otherwise have done. She was not eating when she was alone, so having an Angel to be there to keep her company and see that she had good healthy meals was a lifesaver (literally!) . As long as she had an angel with her, I never had to worry about her. I knew she was in good hands. Thank you, Visiting Angels!
