Visiting Angels just announced that our very own Marnie Martinez of Idaho Falls, Idaho, as one of the 10 semi-finalists for the National Caregiver of the Year award! The semi-finalists were selected from entries throughout the 600 Visiting Angels franchise locations nationwide.
Marnie is the walking example of what we do matters. She leads from her heart. When one of her clients was facing the final days of life, she cleared her schedule to make sure they were never alone. It is just one of many examples of how she provides selfless, loving care.
Marnie will humbly tell you that her role as a caregiver has greatly impacted her life. She truly connects with her clients and their families. In her role, she feels valued, respected, and part of a team that is making a difference in the world. We are so proud of her, and we feel she is deserving of this award!
