* $18.00-$21.00 an hour base rate with annual increases
* Bonus Rates for weekend shifts and fill-in shifts (Bonus Rates are for weekend shifts and last-minute fill-ins)
* $23.00-$25.00 an hour during couple care shifts
* $100 quarterly bonus for arriving at your shifts on time
