I was just reaching out to say what an amazing job your company Visiting Angels in Temple Terrace did with my Uncle- Carola was amazing! Carola went above and beyond to help the family. We felt so blessed that she was put with us. She was a perfect fit for this family and she went above and beyond on her day-to-day jobs I think you ret For matching us with such a wonderful caretaker. I know in the near future we will be reaching out for a temporary caretaker in the future.

Visiting Angels cared for my mother for over 2 years. We needed overnight care and they were amazing. They were very dependable which is so hard with home health. Our regular night aid was with us the night she passed and was truly an angel. We are forever grateful Visiting Angels was a part of the family to the end. Kim

Linda came to our home and parked in the middle of the driveway. I asked her to move her car so I could park and she had a whole bad attitude about being considerate to our home. This says a lot about her common sense and respect. She had a whole response about how she would not leave her car parked as any other PCA because as she said "Well, I am not the others". When she returned to sit next to the patient, she was glued to her phone playing things on her phone out loud. Zero self awareness and I question her judgement. She's better suited at another home. Not ours.

We have been very happy with the services from Visiting Angels Tampa. The overall company has good communication and follow through. Most recently, our new caregiver, Hattie, has been awesome and gone above and beyond to help care for my mom. She is also a great communicator, has great suggestions and shares her experience. She clearly cares about her clients and so far has done an excellent job overall! Highly recommend!

Esperanza was so genuine from the beginning. I felt very comfortable from the first day and I wasn't wrong! She anticipated what my mom needed and she did it all very professionally. I was hesitant to get my mom a companion but I wish I had done so sooner. Esperanza is so calm and kind, I would recommend her.

Hattie was wonderful with my Mom! Even when she was done taking care of her needs she would sit and talk with her and I think that means as much sometimes as helping them with the things they're unable to do! My mom moved into an assisted living facility and was so sad that she wouldn't be seeing Hattie anymore, the staff here was very helpful and responsive and I can't recommend them enough!

We love Janice! She became a part of our family while caring for our Mama and loved her so well! We are so grateful for the care and joy she brought our Mama and home!

My Dad was hospitalized and we needed immediate in home care following his discharge. The agency was extremely responsive. I sent an email inquiry late at night and got a call first thing in the morning. Paper work was emailed promptly. Once finished and after we discussed our needs we were staffed immediately. A delay in his discharge postponed his return home. The agency was very understanding and made adjustments as needed. The care taker in my father’s home is extremely professional. She shows up on time and immediately gets to work. She asks what can be done outside of her normal caretaking tasks each time she shows up. My Dad is extremely comfortable with her. She is patient, kind and compassionate. We couldn’t be happier. This has given us great peace of mind in an otherwise hard time in our lives.
