Giving an honest review, My experience with Visas Avenue has been good. On a scale of 10 I will rate them 6. I started my journey with them around the end of December 2017. I was referred by a friend who had a great experience (probably because my friend's case and profile was different and stronger). But, however visa applications differ from case to case and mine wasn't as strong. So, definitely my case needed more attention. However, speaking about the Mumbai team of VA, they will show you a lot of dreams and also their assessment gets too fabricated where as in reality it's nothing close to what they assess and after enrolling with them I realized I would have achieved my goal faster had I applied for a Student Visa as compared to the Permanent Residence Visa. But, once enrolled there is no going back. The Delhi Team however was better as they were didn't give false hopes but yes at times the evaluation team that checks your documents they mess up. One of the goof up was made in my documents but I was lucky enough to get a chance to re-submit my documents. My Case Officer Mr. Amit Kumar Gautam has been very helpful throughout. He always made sure to get my doubts cleared and even if he wasn't aware of anything then he always got back to me after researching about the query and cleared it. Overall, the Delhi team definitely needs well informed agents as more than their agents it is the client who holds better and more information and they need to understand that the client is paying a bomb amount so they need to provide the client with better information instead of it being the other way round. In the end, I will definitely recommend Visas Avenue to my friends and colleagues but also would ask them to be behind their respective agents as many times they get laid back and leave your files if there is no progress happening on it. They just require a push at times and then they help you with everything. Also, we need to understand that the agents are responsible in guiding us through the process and not responsible for us receiving our Visas.
