I was recommended this company by Bushwise and paid a significant amount of money for help with my study visa.
Firstly, when i arrived at VFS to submit my application they requested i pay a £50 application fee. I showed them an email from William stating I paid him the £50 to apply for the visa however was advised that VFS do not accept prepaid applications. I would like to know where my £40 is as it did not go towards the application at the VFS office and i had to pay the amount directly to them again whilst at my appointment.
Additionally, due to miscommunication i was unable to get my visa in time for my course start date in January 2026. I then decided with agreement from relevant parties to defer my start until July 2026.
As a part of this I sent multiple emails to William requesting help with another application at the Manchester office, but he has ignored all of these.
I am now left having to apply for the visa myself all over again and do not understand where my £250 has gone as i am yet to receive an approved study visa, which is why i chose to use this company to start with.
When asking William to help me with appointments with VFS I was told to contact them myself, but when i paid the fee for this company’s help i had an understanding that you would make appointments on my behalf ?
Due to this i request a full refund, it is not acceptable to charge £250 to not receive the full service, to ignore client emails and to take £50 for a VFS fee which cannot be paid by yourselves as it must be paid separately by the applicant when in office.
I have attached screenshots of William requesting a £50 payment for a “VFS fee” and evidence of the £200 i originally paid for help with my application which again i never received as i am now having to do the process myself. There is also an image of what your website promises in terms of consultation services, please note i received no follow ups and was ignored when i requested help with appointments etc.
