What a cool place! I celebrated my son’s 10th birthday here. The family that runs this place is more than helpful and charming. They go out of their way to help you and to make your and your party feel welcome. They answered all and any questions I had and made sure the kids were comfortable with their arcade choices. Thank you for a memorable birthday party! Definitely will be back! I would love to bring my adult friends here for a night!

We just had my daughter’s 9th birthday party here and all the kids had a blast. The staff were super helpful, led us through all the machines and were attentive at getting the machines that needed assistance started. We appreciated that the party room was already set up with some decorations, plates, forks, cups, napkins etc (did not expect that) and the party room also had a fridge we could use - great for keeping our drinks and food cold! They had a large variety of machines and rides for all the kids and the time to play flew by. Only small item we could have used was a side table in the party room to put cake and gifts on - but we were able to manage without it. Would highly recommend this for your kids parties! Even for adults!

Virtual Rcades is such a hidden gem in Kelowna! It’s a small, family-owned business run by the nicest local family — mom, dad, and son — all of whom are incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. You can tell they genuinely care about making sure everyone has the best time possible. My fiancé and I had an amazing experience here! The setup is incredible — they have state-of-the-art equipment like a moving F1 racing cockpit and even a roller coaster simulator that makes every ride feel unbelievably real. We couldn’t stop laughing and cheering the whole time! They even think of the little things, like offering ginger ale or water if you start to feel a bit motion sick — such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend Virtual Rcades to anyone looking for a unique and exciting experience in Kelowna. Perfect for a fun date, a family outing, or just something new to try. Support local — you won’t regret it!

We drove two hours from Kamloops to visit Kangaroo Creek Farm, but due to the heat and large crowds, the kids didn’t enjoy it as much as we hoped. Looking for something more suitable, we found Virtual Rcades on Google Maps—and it turned out to be the highlight of our trip! My kids are familiar with VR from our hometown, so this place felt both exciting and comforting. Marilyn and her family run the arcade with care and professionalism. Before each game, they explain the rules clearly, stay attentive throughout, and offer help whenever needed. Afterward, they even check in to ask how the kids felt. Michael was especially friendly and patient, guiding the kids and making sure they had fun. The environment is clean, the machines are well-maintained, and the whole team is welcoming and enthusiastic. This was the happiest experience my children have had since coming to Canada three years ago. It felt like home to them. If we return to Kelowna, we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

This was the best experience ever! It is a family run business and the staff were so friendly and made our first experience so memorable! Hands down one of the most unique and fun experiences I’ve had! My friend and I couldn’t recommend it enough 1000/10!

Took the boys here for a birthday party. Staff was helpful on it. One of my sons is disabled and they helped him the whole time. Really enjoyed our time. Super cool place.

We decided to try out this arcade on our recent trip to kelowna. It was easy to book online and reserve our spot. The staff were polite and patient with my child as she was unsure of what to try. The whole experience was so much fun. All of the themes have seats with feedback so the ride feels so real! I'll definitely visit them again!

So much fun!! I took my cousin and we had a blast. The whole VR family was very kind and ensured we had a great time!!
