Located in San Diego, California, we treat adult and pediatric patients, from ages 4 years old and up. Our focus is on those who have difficulty moving secondary to Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Brain Injury, ALS, Cerebral Palsy, Spinal Cord Injury, and multiple traumas.

We started visiting VIP in 2013. Our then, 3 yr old daughter with Cerebral Palsy worked with their amazing staff and has visited consistently over the past 9 years. She's 12 now and words cannot describe how much VIP's staff and equipment have contributed to improving her mobility and quality of life. We are forever in debt to David and his team. Keep up the good work everyone, we hope to see you again soon!

This place is AMAZING! Lots of different equipment options to help with rehab and recovery. My young adult son was in an accident and has a severe traumatic brain injury. VIP has been instrumental in getting him taking steps, strengthening his core and finding his balance. Therapists are friendly and very creative in getting the most out of our rehab sessions!
