Dealer name: Anthony~Car came in moderate condition. (I live in Michigan and this car came from Florida) I’ve been waiting for over 15 days for the title‼️‼️ That’s unacceptable the title should’ve came with the car. Other issues: The headliner to the sunroof just came off randomly while using it normally which indicates the dealers knew something was wrong during the inspection and covered it up or something? The plastic on the drivers side door handle is melting and leaves residue on my fingers. There’s a scrape on the front bumper; a dent on the rear quarter panel; the rear bumper is cracking on the drivers side; and one of the rims got curb rash. One major issue that I found was that the AC is blowing hot air which may indicate that the AC compressor and cooling system wasn’t taken care of properly and is running weak. Other than that it’s a great car; awesome and practical daily driver; Gets great gas mileage when you baby it and it’s got a plenty amount of power especially still being fully stock!! I will say from personal experience that I would not recommend buying a car from these people; yes they will help you get your car; but if you sign the paper that says as is; you’re literally getting the car “AS IS” all issues and everything. So just be mindful of what you’re signing people. And not to mention you might have to wait forever to get the title which is unacceptable; the vehicle could be pronounced stolen within the 16 days I’ve been waiting and have finally received it!!!!!

⚠️ WARNING: YOUR SAFETY COULD BE AT RISK ⚠️ We strongly urge anyone considering buying from this dealership to bring a certified mechanic—and seriously reconsider doing business here. We were sold a vehicle that was dangerously unfit to drive: • The car wouldn’t shift properly because it was missing a required tuner. We had to spend $650 out of pocket just to make it driveable. • All four wheel studs were rusted, and lug nuts were missing—a serious safety risk. • The battery died within a week of purchase. • The rear seats were ripped, as if someone had yanked out an aftermarket stereo. • The radio didn’t work, even though we were promised it would be fixed. It’s been over a month, and they first ordered the wrong one—then tried to install a used radio, claiming that used parts are acceptable on a used car. • A check engine light came on shortly after purchase—another undisclosed issue. Our salesman, Yusuf, initially promised the dealership would make it right. But now, he says his manager is refusing to honor the signed “We Owe” agreement—simply because we left honest reviews warning others. So not only did they sell us an unsafe vehicle, but they are also retaliating instead of doing the right thing. This level of negligence and dishonesty is unacceptable. If you value your money, your safety, and your rights as a buyer, avoid this place. Go to a reputable dealer like HGREG instead. Don’t let yourself become the next victim of this kind of treatment.

I purchased a 2012 mazdaspeed 3, 3 years ago from here and i would warn anyone to stay away from this place, Anthony assisted me, the car had no AC but he promised it was a quick fix and that they would fix soon, well it took him over a month after endless calls asking about the AC issue to finally schedule an appointment. Also had to call many times for my plate because it hadnt been shipped. Anthony promised me a tank of gas before i purchased and gave me only 15$ (i had to ask for it too) after i had signed. This was the worst experience Ive had buying a car, if i could rate it negative i would. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Jose and vip auto are awesome , my credit isnt the best and i didn't have much money to put down but still Jose went above and beyond to help get me in a car with great monthly payments then he even paid for the Uber ride from mulberry to orlando so I could pick up my new car . I recently contacted VIP Auto Enterprise to look at a 2015 F-150 they had listed. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff was rude, dismissive, and condescending from the moment I started asking reasonable questions about the truck’s history. The vehicle had no service records, and I later learned it was purchased at auction, yet they were asking $24,500, which is far above fair market value for a truck with this mileage and lack of documentation. When I asked for basic information to make an informed decision, I was met with attitude instead of transparency. As a buyer looking for a safe, reliable vehicle for my son, the way I was treated was unacceptable. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this dealership proceed with caution and be prepared for an unprofessional experience.

I recently purchased a vehicle from VIP Auto Enterprise Inc off colonial and I was shocked to discover a $9,560 finance charge that was never clearly explained to me before signing. During the sale process, I was led to believe I was paying a certain price, but the final paperwork included costs I didn’t fully understand at the time. The sales team moved quickly through the documents and didn’t take the time to go over the full breakdown or long-term financing costs. I take responsibility for signing, but I feel that the dealership could have been far more transparent about the total amount I would actually be paying. I strongly recommend that anyone buying from this dealership carefully review every page of the finance agreement and ask questions about every fee and charge before signing anything. Transparency is key, and I did not feel that was provided here.

We had a really great experience buying our Jeep Wrangler at this place. It is in really good condition. Anthony and everyone from there were really nice and did everything to help, even found the perfect car I was asking for. Good customer service, fast and easy to do all the procedures that come later. We are happy with our choice. I recommend this place to buy your next car.

I found an ad for a 2012 Hyundai Genesis from this dealership. It was listed around $9900. I called and asked if I could put a down-payment on it as I wanted to look at it , but it was 3 hours away and I couldn't get there until the weekend. The"salesman" Anthony Velez, as well as his "Finance manager" insured me that it would be refundable if I didn't buy the car. The day I got there to test drive it, everything was great. Did my thing, drove around, all good. Then came time for the haggling. As the price was listed at $9,999, I offered $8,500. This man laughed in my face and said "You can't take 5 grand off the price of the car". Confused, he started writing down numbers on paper to "help". His first number was $12,500. I asked him where he got that number, as it was listed in the ad at $9999 and proceeded to show him the ad where I found the price. He basically told me that "That's not my ad". I said I'd like to work with the person whose ad it was then. He claimed that the person had just been fired. I got up and walked out. Would you like to guess whether or not I got my down payment back? They ghosted me trying to get my money back, so I did a charge back on my credit card. They scammed me straight up. Look out for this place. Buyer beware. Edit to add: After writing my review, I went and read some other reviews from this dealership. Wouldn't you know, it seems like Mr. Anthony Velez' name came up quite a few times under 1 star reviews with some more sketchy behaviors. Also, to whomever writes the rebuttal for this scam of a dealership...It's not slander if it's true. Maybe wanna review some of your employees actions. ALSO, the "this is not a typical review for our fine establishment" response to ALL your crap reviews seems like you don't really care about your customers when you can clearly see MANY poor reviews, It's VERY laughable. Good luck, I'll also be contacting the BBB and anyone else who might be interested.

This place is absolutely amazing. All their cars are in great shape, and the dealers are always transparent about anything you want to know. Yusuf and his team helped me get the car I’ve dreamed of having for a while now, and they made 100% sure I was going to leave feeling nothing less than satisfied. 10/10
