What really stood out was how easy they made the process when changes came up. Change orders were simple and stress-free, and their team was always accommodating, informative, and genuinely kind. Huge shout-out to Margaret, who went above and beyond to help me. She was responsive, detail-oriented, and truly cared our project. That kind of service makes a big difference and isn’t easy to find anymore.

Needed parts for a vinyl fence repair. Was able to get exactly what I needed for a fair price. The guys were helpful and got me in and out quickly. I recommend bringing any pieces you need to make it easy to find the match.

Wonderful company to work with. They did an amazing job. Our fence is beautiful and they also did 4 of our neighbors fence at the same time. If you have a problem they work until it's fixed. This is the best company I've worked with. I've done a lot of other projects and never has the service been this spectacular.

Great company to work with. A windstorm knocked down a few trees that destroyed a couple of our fence panels. The crew at Vinyl Fence Connection, Bryce and Derrick, did a great job with the installation, and Emma at the shop was very helpful with my many phone calls. My fence had slat sizes that were no longer available but VFC did a super job constructing a few panels that, visually, matched up with my existing fence. Since the damage was three panels over from a corner they moved the two undamaged panels out next to the existing fence out and put the new panels in the corner behind my shed. They were the only bid that suggested this strategy.

After visiting several large national chain stores, wasting many days without a solution, I was referred by a friend to "FENCE CONNECTION"! What a great experience! Carter didn't care that all I needed was a short section of vinyl fence and some adhesive. He dropped everything he was doing and located just what I needed. He then turned me over to Margaret who was so friendly and helpful in checking me out and making sure I had everything I needed! What a great place to do business! I will highly recommend them to all my family and friends!

The installer who came out was amazing. He really knew what he was doing and knocked the project out extremely fast. Took one day to get all posts in.. and another day to do the panels. The only reason I’m giving this company a 4 star is because I had to correct them twice on my credit card information. Somehow they kept saving another customers credit card to my account.

I wanted to give a shout out to you about a job well done on my new RV gate it looks and works great. I don’t know what you are paying your guy Alex but it’s not enough, his work was excellent and his follow-up when my gate needed adjustment and some additional hardware was stellar.
