Vince at Vintech was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, prompt, and knew exactly what was wrong with our refrigerator within minutes. He didn’t just fix the issue—he followed up with me and my insurance company to make sure everything was handled correctly. Professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Having trouble with our freezer and ice maker. We have a Samsung refrigerator with French doors and had this for a little over 7 years. Our freezer was thawing contents. Vince checked everything ensuring compressor and everything else behind. Noticed that the rollers were not aligned with the railings which caused the freezer door not closing completely. Ice maker was an “old” issue and this is at least the 2nd fix we had to go through. Vince addressed which he explained was a band aid issue solution from prior fix. He fixed this and gave us some maintenance tasks to do. It was evident that his refrigeration experience stood out as he explained clearly what was going on and what to expect. Overall, we are pleased with VinTech’s services and would highly recommend them to anyone. Mahalo Vince!
