My freezer door kept popping open (just a tiny bit) seems 95% of the time I closed the refrigerator door (new appliance 12/2022). Renovated kitchen 6/2024 and had refrige/freezer moved to opposite side so worker switched the door openings. It took awhile for me to notice how often I needed to reclose the freezer door and pretty much just dealt with it. Finally decided to do something about it. Used Yelp and VinTech responded immediately. Two others followed shortly and they also had 5-star ratings. I addressed my problem with all 3. I just decided on VinTech. We were able to schedule the appt for 2 days later. Vince came, friendly introductions. After checking out the situation he was able to diagnose the problem, showed me where, and went right to work to fix it. Excellent results in good time. One happy customer here! I highly recommend VinTech!

My refrigerator wasn't working properly, so I called Vin at VinTech. He showed up at my door that day in less than 3 hours, and did a professional repair job. We are very satisfied with his service and want to say "mahalo" to him. We will also definitely refer our friends if they ever need help with their refrigerators.
