We decided to hire Faizan for our Loft Conversion and Rear Extension after numerous meeting with various local builders. He's been such a professional and prompt on any matters from the day we met till all the way down to the after care. We had very tough start due to the several refused planning permits but he was super patient and supportive until our planning got approved and next day he sent his team to crack on the project. Like all the other building jobs, we had some difficulties but he's always up for the honest suggestions and also respected our decisions if it's different to his suggestions. Jobs were always on schedule and even finished ahead of the promised timeline. Due to the long waiting at the beginning, we had to move in before the end of the project but he and his team patiently helped us to move around the stuffs to finish off the project. Most of all he's been in touch even on his leaves and answered my requests right away as we always found difficult to get in tough with builders so we would give him a huge credit for that! He and his team came in couple of times to take good care of the snagging issues after the project was finished without any hesitation. As he said to us at the first meeting, he's been the best partner for our big project all the way through and I would use him again for the next project if he's available and definitely recommend him to any of our friends and family!
