My now-fiancé and I went engagement ring shopping this past Christmas 2025. Another family owned jeweler referred us to here, and we are so glad they did! As first time ring shoppers, it was all very new to us and we never knew just how much there is to learn about the jewelry business. Rachel Mack, who manages the store with her husband, was informative, patient and obviously passionate about her craft. We so appreciated her guidance in answering all of our questions and we left the store feeling really excited with our selection. The ring/stone had to be custom made and then shipped; Rachel was a thorough and consistent communicator with regards to timelines, which was helpful in me planning my proposal. I also feel that the price was very fair and my fiancé was totally blown away when she saw the final product! We will certainly be returning to pick out a wedding band. My experience with Vincent & Company Fine Jewelers was exceptional! After 50 years of continuous wear, my wedding and engagement rings needed some love. I had the pleasure of meeting Joel who is the owner. His personal care, kindness and understanding was incomparable. He made sure that I would not be without my rings for more than two days, in spite of the intricate work needed to replace 16 prongs, a diamond, repair, reshape and clean my rings. The skilled artisanship of his in-house jeweler restored them to as beautiful as when I first received them. I recently traded in gold and purchased a gold chain from Vincent. They were extremely knowledgable and helped me pick the right piece. I was going to wait a week to get the gold chain back after the adjustments were complete. I received a phone call less than an hour later telling me my necklace was ready for pickup. I cannot stop smiling at my piece! They really made my day.

Rather new to the area, based on stellar reviews, I went to Vincent & Company for a replacement watch battery. The shop was closed for cleaning and renovation with signage on the door, but Vincent quickly came outside, asked what we needed and within 5 minutes I had a new battery. This is customer service at a new level which is why the shop has a consistent 5 star rating. Before I ever step foot in any jewelry shop, I will try Vincent &Company first and will readily refer them without hesitation. I could not help but be impressed with their service and kindness.

A few years ago I had a silver ring with a large Amber piece that needed augmentation that could not be done at 3 other shops I asked. The service I got back then is what made me go back for a celebration gift earlier this week. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a genuine smile and was treated like a good friend, despite having never met this staff member before. I went in with a set of criteria I was hoping to find in a single item and I was not disappointed. Staff members held my hand throughout the selection process and even called a few friends on my behalf to see if they had other designs to choose from. Having landed on a ring they had in-house, the next hurdle was having it sized with a short turnaround time of 4 days. I was told it was doable so I made the purchase and wrapped up the rest of my errands. I was filled with delight and astonishment when I was called just a few hours later and told my piece was ready for pick-up! In an era where customer service has taken a backseat, the staff at Vincent & Company Fine Jewelers have decided to get take the wheel and drive the bus. I will certainly visit their showroom the next time I need something special and want to have a memorable experience. This family owned business truly made my day.

This place is awesome! I went in looking for a custom engagement ring, and Joel and the team took such good care of me. Very professional, the process was so easy and so much fun! They were very accommodating and helpful, and extremely reasonably priced compared to all of the other jewelers I visited. Absolutely recommend!

Throughout the process his associates were friendly and accommodating, and Joel was very communicative and informative. Excellent craftsmanship and service! I took my solitaire engagement and diamond anniversary rings to Vincent and Company Fine Jewelers with the hope of combining the two rings together. Rachel custom designed a vintage style setting for me and the results are stunning! I could not be happier with the results. Joel, Rachel and their staff are professional, trustworthy and have delivered to me a ring that will be a family heirloom for generations to come!
