The list of what I have bought from this store is too long for this review. The number of years I have been driving around the Beltway to Village Green Apothecary, dozens. Here's the thing. The people on the floor are a tremendous source of knowledge. They are careful and very professional. What Village Green Apothecary represents is a trusted doorway to my approach to healing and access to pure products. If you want to talk to a live person, if you want to know the ingredients in the products you are buying, this is the place. Nothing against the big chain guys. I am very grateful Village Green Apothecary is still around. They are indispensable.

Every time I go to the Village Green I am always greeted with a smile from everybody. If you ask someone for help, they always take the time to understand, not just what you’re looking for, but why you might need it or what they can possibly recommend in addition or in lieu of. Always so helpful . So courteous and professional. They want to understand you and can safely and reliably match you with appropriate products as needed

This pharmacy truly feels like a hidden gem, you might not even know it exists unless you or a loved one needs a compounded medication. My child’s prescription was sent here, and I’ve since visited twice and called a couple of times with questions. Every interaction has been wonderful. The staff is consistently pleasant, kind, and incredibly helpful. Their customer service is unmatched, and it’s clear they genuinely care about helping their patients in any way they can.

Ordered products worth $246.50. on 11/01/2025. I was told it shipped USPS and I paid an extra $20.00 as a 'Special Shipping' charge. It never arrived. Tracking indicated it took the slow boat to Hawaii. I called the store. Lots of apologies, and was told they called and yes, it was on its way. Over a month later I called and complained. They did give me back my money. But I had negative vibes because it never DID arrive! Special shipping of this product should have cost under $9.00 USPS as that would be priority mail and I would have received it. Something is funny here. Did they use my money somewhere else and they say "oh Sorry!" Meanwhile I was out both the money and this very important supplement which lengthens Telemeres. And if they ever sent it, I should have received it by now. Really, 0 stars.

This is most amazing store ever. I always learn something new mix every time I shop here and appreciate the staff always sharing their knowledge. I don’t know another store that has such an incredible staff that make your shopping experience so special. Thank you.

On a one-to-ten scale, if I could, I'd give them a twenty!! If you appreciate feeling like you're their only customer, don't hesitate to utilize any service they provide. Their Pharmacists are beyond friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and always motivated to make you feel so comfortable, satisfied, and well taken care of. They'll call or text you if they need additional information from you, or when you prescriptions are ready. Their entire staff are always friendly and helpful!! There's barely a reason to use a chain store pharmacy when you have the Village Green family making you feel like YOU are family!!

Online ordering was simple! Shipping was faster than expected which worked out perfect since I was almost out of my supplements! Will definitely be ordering again soon!

Good products, but earning "rewards" is useless when you can't use them for purchases when there's a sale on. I don't shop with VG Pharmacy often for that very reason, and I'm sure many others feel the same. If you offered a few 'stackable' deals on occasion, you would increase your volume of shoppers ...

I've been consistently happy with the Nutrafol I purchase from them—it has always been excellent quality and truly reliable. I’ve noticed great results, and the product feels fresh and authentic every time. Their service has also been smooth and dependable, which makes the whole experience even better.

Very pleased! Items I've received from them have always been of very good quality and received well ahead of their expiration date. (In supplements, the fresher the better, for optimal effectiveness. Been particularly happy with the particular multivitamin I get from them.) They also package their items well for shipping and autoship reliably for a discount.
