From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. The entire team was respectful, professional, and genuinely cared about my comfort throughout the visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and made what can often be an uncomfortable experience feel calm and stress-free. It’s clear they take pride in what they do and in how they treat their patients. I couldn’t recommend this practice more highly. This is the first and only dental office I have been to where I didn't feel judged the moment I walked in. I highly recommend this practice and team for all your dental needs.

I have never enjoyed a dentist visit as much as I did today. The staff is so sweet, inviting, and knowledgeable! Dr. Patel has amazing bedside manner and you know your mouth is in the right hands!

Dr. Patel and her staff were absolutely wonderful! My children stated “that was the best dentist visit I’ve ever had!” I went to her with a complex case and she guided me through a plan with knowledge, reassurance, and understanding. We will be back, and can’t wait to move forward with the plans.

Dr. Patel provided great service: kind, patient, and extremely comforting. I was very satisified with my visit and I will definitely be going back! The staff was friendly and the operatory was very spacious and welcoming! Village Family Dentistry had a quick registration process due to their paperless system. Highly recommended! The office even had a play area for children!

Excellent team! Great atmosphere! Employees were empathetic and happy! They went out of the way to help us! Being myself a Physician and in private practice I had the opportunity of seeing how the practice should be run! A perfect combination of technology and manpower. Me and wife both are happy to be the patients here. My only and major concern is that they take surcharge of 3% on the credit card and majority of the additional services provided are expensive which makes that additional 3% charges on the customer harder. If I were to recommend one thing - I would suggest doing away with that surcharge.

Every person I encountered at this office was fantastic, kind and understanding. I hope to continue to return.
