Village Apartments

Wonderful living experience at the Village Apartments! I've been a resident here for two years, and I couldn't be happier. The community is quiet, and my spacious apartment is exactly what I needed & the private backyard was an amazing bonus! I couldn’t beat the price! The maintenance team is incredibly fast and efficient, resolving any issues within hours. The property is always immaculate and well-maintained. A special shoutout to the office staff & maintenance man who is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I was contracted here at the local plant and need to move in ASAP! As soon as I turned in my application and everything, I moved in as quick as they could get me in. The prices for the town homes were so cheap! I even a got a small private fenced backyard. The management & staff are so amazing, they were quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. They also handle my maintenance calls so quick. I’ve lived in many apartments with my job and I have to admit this apartment complex was the best I’ve ever experienced! I would absolutely rent again if I had too!

Not a very good experience here, almost no lawn care, paint job is near ruined, doggy doo all in the grass, and sometimes it gets too loud at nights On the other hand this would be a great place for a guys home, but not for a family

If u could give 0 stars I would. This is the most worn down place you could ever rent in port lavaca. They keep up with “maintenance” by simply covering any “holes” on the walls that are there because of how old the wood with silicone Caulk, you can call about mold issues and they’ll simply paint over it with zero care. The wood is sinking from the humidity and rotting and all they’ll do is stick a new piece of wood on top of the rot and not truly fix the issue. Office people are horrible and very unprofessional they will try to get as much money from you from bs fees from their pest control because yes these places no matter how clean you are how often you clean there will be roaches. Hired my own set of people to look at issues we had with getting random allergies and being sick and they’ve told me it’s due to the rotting wood in this place and mold from humidity. You’re better off living somewhere else :)

I had lived there for 7 years. A/C out several time (and it was not considered as emergency by management), toilet water flooded on 1F two time (each time took some days). Just realized they never return my deposit and never contact me for my mail address for return deposit. I started to contact, every time they just asked my phone number and no further information coming back. After 5 times calling in past months, they finally starts to work on my request…….

B E W A R E !! This place loves to take your money and no matter how many times you call the maintamce man , nothing gets fixed fully. He does a temporary fix and it just brakes again. Pet deposit for one chihuahua was $850 . Leave your trash outside one time , $50. They do not forgive. They come in your apartment while you’re not there or asleep. The bathroom we had has flooded at least 3 x’s and leaked downstairs to the kitchen. Only one stove top works and is lop sided . When we used the heater , it sets off the fire alarm. Garbage disposal doesn’t work. Just my experience though. Rent with caution is all I say.

Lovely Apartments! The Manager Michelle is great. She kept the apartments clean and the pool working. The routine pest control is great!

Probably about the most expensive apartments in port lavaca. Apartments need upgrading bad. Way over priced and managment just sucks. After the hurricane damaged my apartment i was given a choice to leave and get out of an early contract or stay. The hurricane damaged my vehicle in houston but i was finally out of that hell hole. Didnt even get my deposit back.

Very cozy inside, great set up, and very affordable. Management does great keeping up with them. Always very friendly when called.

Management & maintenance are always available even after hours. Absolutely recommend staying here, the best experience!
