We (6 people) stayed at Villa Alta Vista for the first time in September – and certainly not the last! 😎 The villa has plenty of space and offers many opportunities for fun (even in bad weather). There's a heated pool, a whirlpool, a gym, billiards, a sauna, two kitchens, terraces with fantastic sea views, bicycles (3), and a mini-golf course (!). Opatija is just 10 minutes away, a small market is 1 minute away, and a supermarket is 10 minutes away – everything you need is right there. You can also have food delivered from a specific restaurant. It wasn't our first villa in Croatia, so we can highly recommend Villa Alta Vista to anyone looking for luxury and relaxation. We also want to give Dajana a huge compliment. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She really took care of everything, gave us recommendations, and was always available. Beheizter Pool, Whirlpool, Gym, Billard, Sauna, zwei Küchen, Terassen mit klasse Meerblick, Fahrräder (3) und Minigolfanlage (!). Opatija in 10 Minuten, ein kleiner Markt (1 Minute), Supermarkt (10 Minuten) - es ist alles da was man braucht. Zudem besteht die Möglichkeit sich Essen von einem bestimmten Restaurant liefern zu lassen. Es war nicht unsere erste Villa in Kroatien, deswegen können wir Villa Alta Vista jedem empfehlen der Luxus und Entspannung sucht. We stayed a bit longer during peak season and didn't find Opatija to be overcrowded, but rather just the right amount of business. The villa itself offered a private mini-golf course, table tennis, a pool, and other amenities, as well as an exercise machine which, unfortunately, was very worn and/or simply broken. I would deduct one star for this, but I'm still giving it five stars because of the view and the peaceful atmosphere. The construction site to the left of the villa might be an issue outside of peak season – I would recommend discussing this with the owner, as well as the exercise machine, if it's important to you. (Original) Super nette Dajana, welche sich auch bei aufkommenden Problemen in den 3 Wochen bestens gekümmert hat. Wir waren etwas länger hier in der Hauptsaison und empfanden Opatija nicht wirklich als „voll“ sondern vielmehr genau richtig ausgelastet. Die Villa selbst bot neben dem eigenen Minigolfplatz, Tischtennis, Pool und co. Auch ein Sportgerät (FitnessGerät) welches leider sehr abgerockt bzw. schlicht kaputt war. Hierfür gehört ein Stern abgezogen jedoch belasse ich es bei den 5 aufgrund der Aussicht und Ruhe dieser Villa. Die ruhende Baustelle links neben der Villa dürfte außerhalb der Saison ggf ein Thema sein - das würde ich mit der Vermieterin abklären/besprechen sowie auch das Sportgerät, falls dies jemanden wichtig ist.
