Absolute con artists. Avoid at ALL costs. These people charged me over $1640 to allegedly replace my kitchen slide out floor. Well, my slide mechanics were functioning properly before they replaced the floor, and have been non-functioning ever since they "fixed" the flooring. When I asked them why the slide was grinding and no longer able to move after their work, they claimed they they would come later in the week to fix it (and charge me a few hundred more of course) then ignored my calls and texts for weeks after being paid. Finally, they responded, saying the part was on back order, then ignored any attempt to get an update for WEEKS. I didn't blow up their phone, I just checked in every couple of weeks, with no response. After me basically pleading with this man to complete the shotty job that I paid a ton of money for, he randomly says he's been "busy" but the part is in and we just need to schedule. Then, I left me on read when I tried to schedule. I have been patient, understanding, and considerate with these people, and they have been extremely unprofessional. Now it's been months, and they have completely ignored me and left me with a broken slide and over $1640 of my hard earned money. Not to mention, they left my place a disaster with debris everywhere, didn't even screw my fridge back in properly, and were bragging about cheating a drug test with fake urine while working on my RV, so who knows what they were on. Don't be fooled by their BS "family" company marketing. They are unprofessional con artists. Save your money and look for someone with integrity.

Second to none. Erik came out in the rain as well, repaired my AC control board and got my rig back on line working in a couple of hours. worked between down pours and was very confident in his ability to resolve the issue. I highly recommend Viking RV service.

I can’t say enough good things about Viking RV Service. Erik listens to your issues, figures out a plan and takes care of it professionally and with the expertise you wish everyone had. He works hard and as late as necessary to get you up and running. He comes prepared, is friendly and explains things as he go goes along. I will not use anyone but him in the future, I feel safe knowing he does my repairs the right way. He is pretty much perfect in my book and I mean that seriously.

Had a leak from furnace that had me stumped, Eric came out and fixed it with ease and found an existing leak as well and saved us! We’ve used Viking for 2 years now and have recommended them to our entire rv park!

Needed my wheel bearings replaced and packed, as well as my roof resealed on my 5th wheel while camping at Fort Wilderness. Eric and Adam were both knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely use again and enjoyed the conversation!

Erik and his team was amazing! Came out right away fix AC for my family and fur babies, was so stressed being so hot for my two kids under 3. But he fixed it right away so we was not stressed so we could enjoy our vacation. Thank you

Had a leveling Jack leaking hydraulic fluid on my class A motorhome. These guys came out same day to the Fort Wilderness campground and made the repair. Not only was it same day - it was already dark and raining pretty good. They were fast and professional. Very reasonably priced. They literally saved our vacation from being ruined y motor home breaking down They even came to our location on a Sunday . Also, you won't believe the bill and not because you had to give them your arm and a leg. The price, of their repairs are way more fair than you could possibly figured on it coating you and your family

I truly could not be happier with Eric. He came out the exact day and time we needed him, diagnosed quickly and was absolutely right with his diagnosis. The problem was resolved much faster than if we had gone anywhere else. I have had horrible experiences with other repair shops where they literally have kept our camper for months. Save yourself the headache and go with someone who is truly knowledgeable, so professional and a pleasure to work with!

Replied to our concern quickly and was ready to come out late on a Friday night to help. Prices are reasonable for services and Eric is very friendly. Glad I found them!
