Lucius was amazing! My husband and I are first time homebuyers and he made sure we found what we were looking for! When we started we had no idea what we were doing and he walked us through the entire process and made sure we knew what we were getting into. He was very thorough when we went to look at houses to make sure we found exactly the house that was perfect for us! Lucius was everything I needed in a realtor. I felt comfortable, and valued as a person and client. He’s always eager to help, answer questions, etc. He’s knowledgeable about the structures of houses, which I really needed for the lower price limit I had. Robb helped us sell our rental property. His advice on listing, price and actions was so valuable. We sold it for a great price and so fast! Lucius and Rob are both amazing to work with; very quick communication and solid advice all around. We just had Lucius sell our home and help broker our end of a For Sale By Owner purchase and he went above and beyond all around. He even shared some payment wizardry that will save us THOUSANDS (like in the hundreds of thousands) in interest over the life of our mortgage—the math maths, so if you’ve seen his handsome mug on a billboard around town claiming to have saved folks a crazy amount of money…it’s true!
