Lucius was everything I needed in a realtor. I felt comfortable, and valued as a person and client. He’s always eager to help, answer questions, etc. He’s knowledgeable about the structures of houses, which I really needed for the lower price limit I had. There were multiple homes we toured that had foundation issues and other issues that I would’ve never noticed had he not pointed them out. He worked with me closely on the phone and in person as I was out of state trying to buy a house so I could move. He gave honest opinions, answered questions and made sure I was well informed before any and every aspect of the contract and loan application process. Lucius and Rob are both amazing to work with; very quick communication and solid advice all around. We just had Lucius sell our home and help broker our end of a For Sale By Owner purchase and he went above and beyond all around. He even shared some payment wizardry that will save us THOUSANDS (like in the hundreds of thousands) in interest over the life of our mortgage—the math maths, so if you’ve seen his handsome mug on a billboard around town claiming to have saved folks a crazy amount of money…it’s true! This is my 5th real estate deal and he’s the ONLY one who’s shared this money saving info openly and plainly. If you’re buying or selling, this is the dude.

Stevie Heiser was so great! She handled everything and I was able to move out of state before I sold my home. She handled all my questions and did the hard work to sell my home! My spouse and I were first-time home buyers, and had little to nothing saved up aside from good credit scores and decent debt management. When we first spoke to Lucius, it was about a year out from when we knew the lease on our apartment would be up, and he was happy to help walk us through what the process looks like, and connected us up with one of his favorite mortgage brokers. From there, we kept in loose contact as we prepared for the following summer, and once we started actually searching, we not only had closed on an amazing starter home within two months, but Lucius saved us nearly $25k and 19 months off our mortgage doing it! Throughout the entire process, he was readily available, extremely quick to schedule and submit things, kept us thoroughly informed, and advocated for us in every way possible to ensure we got a home worth living in. Plus, he's super personable and funny!
