I'll be brief: Working with Lucius was a great decision. Then, that's Viking realty you're looking for. The short of it is this: we wouldn't have been able to get into our new, wonderful, home without Lucius. He worked with us and guided us through several challenges, and we were able to make the best financial and personal decision for our family and our living needs. He knows Muncie area real estate. He's entrepreneurial, thoughtful, and a "straight shooter" without using honesty as an excuse for condescending talk or put-downs on anyone or any neighborhood. We're so happy with our new home. Lucius was everything I needed in a realtor. I felt comfortable, and valued as a person and client. He’s always eager to help, answer questions, etc. He’s knowledgeable about the structures of houses, which I really needed for the lower price limit I had. There were multiple homes we toured that had foundation issues and other issues that I would’ve never noticed had he not pointed them out. Lucius has connected me to multiple other service providers that have been amazing. I was on a somewhat tight timeline, and Lucius made it happen.

Lucias was extraordinary! He went above and beyond to help me find a house in my price range and one that I liked! He worked with me closely on the phone and in person as I was out of state trying to buy a house so I could move. He gave honest opinions, answered questions and made sure I was well informed before any and every aspect of the contract and loan application process. Lucius and Rob are both amazing to work with; very quick communication and solid advice all around. We just had Lucius sell our home and help broker our end of a For Sale By Owner purchase and he went above and beyond all around. He even shared some payment wizardry that will save us THOUSANDS (like in the hundreds of thousands) in interest over the life of our mortgage—the math maths, so if you’ve seen his handsome mug on a billboard around town claiming to have saved folks a crazy amount of money…it’s true! This is my 5th real estate deal and he’s the ONLY one who’s shared this money saving info openly and plainly. If you’re buying or selling, this is the dude.

Stevie Heiser was so great! She handled everything and I was able to move out of state before I sold my home. She handled all my questions and did the hard work to sell my home!
