I'll be brief: Working with Lucius was a great decision.
If you're reading this you likely want:
- A realtor who looks out for your best interest
- Who talks to you like a human being
- Is honest with you about the properties you're seeing, and what is and is not possible.
Then, that's Viking realty you're looking for.
The short of it is this: we wouldn't have been able to get into our new, wonderful, home without Lucius. He worked with us and guided us through several challenges, and we were able to make the best financial and personal decision for our family and our living needs.
He knows Muncie area real estate. He's entrepreneurial, thoughtful, and a "straight shooter" without using honesty as an excuse for condescending talk or put-downs on anyone or any neighborhood.

I would highly recommend Viking Realty to anyone in the area looking for a new home. Lucius is not only a great realtor but a great guy. You can tell he isn’t just in it for the check, he genuinely cares about the people he works with! My wife and I moved to Muncie from Florida and he made the entire home buying process so straightforward and easy. He found us our dream home and if we were ever to go through the home buying or selling process in the future, we wouldn’t work with anyone but him.
