Victorio Tailors Alterations

These people are real professionals and so nice. That’s hard to find. Found this place recently, brought a couple of pairs of pants to get hemmed up, they looked amazing, like they were purchased that way. Thanks to Danny and the others for their fantastic customer service.

I got the dress for my sister’s wedding altered by them and it came out perfect. They are very professional, attentive, and polite. I would 100% recommend this place.

Very detail oriented, highly skilled and work done in timely manner. Prices are higher end but definitely worth it with the quality of their work. Highly recommend!

I was charged 250 to alter a sport coat. I received a phone call to wait another 10 days. When I came in the sleeves were not done and I was charged another 55. So i took the coat elsewhere. Poor customer service and extremely expensive.

Needed a dress altered for a last minute occasion and Victorio Tailors was my saving grace. My dress came out perfect! Thank you Victorio and his son Danny for the quality service and saving me. Highly recommend them and will be coming back for future alterations!

Unfortunately, hiring your inexperienced and grumpy 25-year-old son has consequences. I dropped off skirts to be altered four months ago, paid for them without trying them on, and later discovered they weren’t altered at all—maybe a millimeter when 3–4 inches were needed. Last week I returned with jeans, tops, and the skirts to have them done properly. After an hour of fittings, he assured me he could fix them. Days later, he called claiming the skirts couldn’t be corrected since I hadn’t returned sooner, even accusing me of bringing in someone else’s work. I let the skirts go and asked him to just do the jeans and tops. Today I came to pick everything up—after waiting in line, he handed me my clothes and said none of it was tailored. I was charged $120 for absolutely nothing. Complete waste of time, and the customer service is unacceptable.

The worst Tailor I have ever used, Took a new sports jacket into have the sleeves shortened. They destroyed the jacket.

Victorio is incredible!!! He did all my wedding dress fittings (and veil 👰🏼‍♀️). I also gave Victorio a very delicate vintage dress (paper thin also). The dress started tearing in a few places while I was wearing it at a wedding I was at. Didn't think the dress could be fixed but Victorio works MAGIC. I'm actually blown away. Added pictures to just show the pattern/delicateness of it. These pictures were taken during the wedding (before bringing it to Victorio).

I need a pair of leather pants hemmed because they were too long. Victorio did a great job on the alteration and it was well priced.

Dropped my dress off the first day just wanted a simple slit told them exactly where I wanted it very high up by my thigh. They told me to pick it up next week so I come back and they didn’t even touch it they did not work on it once. They tell me sorry come back in one hour so we come back and the slit is not even halfway up my shin and on the side can’t see my leg at all. I physically show them how high I want it they pin it and say ok come back next week I come back and the slit is a bit better barely higher than they first did it at this point I need this dress by tomorrow I can’t keep arguing with these people. They had attitude and barely wnated to do their job. Never again. Have fun guys
