As many others have said we also experienced excellent customer service. Troy was very knowledgeable and was more focussed on finding us the right heater than upselling us. He provided us with some great options, and really listened to what we were after. Troy also really helped us with transporting our fireplace. Very grateful and highly recommend.

Today I went into the store to purchase a Fathers Day present and the staff member who served me was extremely helpful and polite. He took the time to explain to me the difference between the BBQ’s I was interested in purchasing which allowed me to make an informed decision. This staff member went above and beyond to help me with the delivery of my purchase to ensure I had the gift in time for Fathers Day. It was such a pleasant experience shopping in this store and it was refreshing to see some exceptional customer service. Absolutely loved the customer service at this store! Jordan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful about all things bbq - he even showed us pictures of his own cooking! Left with an amazing Weber Q which I have loved using so far! You have to come to THIS specific store and have JORDAN help you find the bbq of your dreams!

Went into store with an issue that I had with a BBQ i purchased 1yr ago, the gentleman at the counter helped me with all the info I needed to send off to Weber Customer Service, I emailed everything off and was contacted by customer service within 48hrs with a resolution. Great work by VIC Fireplaces and BBQ Watergardens and Weber Customer Service would have yo be one of the best going around Highly recommended the store and the Weber product..

Recently visited the store as I was interested in getting a Weber for summer. What a great experience it turned out to be! The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, the store is beautiful and so much to choose from. Was lucky enough to be there for a cooking demonstration which was both eye opening and mouth watering. What Michele can do with a Weber was unbelievable. She then walked me through selecting the right Weber for me and the whole experience was a joy from start to finish. I would highly encourage you to take the time to visit this store as the level of service and knowledge by the wonderful staff is second to none. I could not recommend them highly enough.
