The property manager Jessica is amazing! She did everything in her power to help us. She was so sweet and very knowledgeable about everything. The property is well kept and quiet. The units were well maintained, nice grounds. If you're looking for a safe and comfortable place for just you are your family visit here ASAP! You won't be disappointed! Thank you Jessica!

I have loved living here. Management has been super responsive and helpful. This is a nice quite safe community. The units are very spacious with a perfect layout, also have updated appliances and are very clean. Parking lot and outdoor areas are well maintained. I highly recommend Victoria park!

I’ve had a very positive experience living here long term. The apartment itself is spacious, well-designed, and perfect for someone looking to bring in their own furniture and make it feel like home. The layout is practical, with plenty of natural light, good storage space, and solid construction that keeps everything quiet and comfortable. The building and common areas are kept very clean, and maintenance has always been reliable and responsive whenever I’ve needed them. It’s clear that management takes pride in keeping the property well-maintained and safe, which gives a lot of peace of mind.

15 year resident. Wanted to give a big shout out to Jessica for going above and beyond, I know she's been super busy trying to fix the issues that have plagued this property for quite awhile, and shes doing a great job...please keep her around and treat her well. Thank you also to Gary for replacing my fridge and doing his best to get here when needed. Lastly, please let Carlos know the flooring is wonderful and makes a huge difference in my kitchen! Hoping that things continue to improve here. I know it takes time because it has been neglected for a very long time, but keep improving!

Fantastic experience! The location is perfect—close enough to everything in Edmond and the OKC metro area for easy access, but still feels like a cozy, neighborhood community. The local Edmond school system is top-notch, hands-down the best in the state, which is a huge plus for families. The amenities, especially the pool, are great and well-maintained. Management truly cares about the tenants and works hard to keep the complex in excellent shape while keeping costs affordable. A special shoutout to Jessica, the property manager, who is incredibly kind and always a pleasure to deal with—such a refreshing change from other experiences! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment community.

Great place to live if you want convenience of location to shopping and restaurants, yet still in a nice, quiet neighborhood! Plus the staff are definitely top-notch! Jessica is super sweet and knowledgeable, she goes out of her way to make sure your needs and concerns are taken care of!

These 5 stars are for Jessica because since moving here, she’s been on top of everything and making sure things are taken care of, not to mention she is incredibly nice. I hope she stays because it’s nice to have a manager that I know I can trust.

I got a chance to meet with the new property manager today and she was WONDERFUL! She listened to the concerns that I have been having recently and she was extremely diligent in listening to what I had to say. Seems like she really cares and is willing to do what it takes to flourish.
