Victoria Nail Spa

I want to share my experience with this salon. On January 26, I had an appointment to get my nails done. When I arrived at my scheduled time, I was told they were out for lunch and had to wait about 30 minutes. Then the woman at the reception started doing my nails, and another person continued the process. In the middle of the procedure, a lady came over and told me that the girl doing my nails also does waxing, and asked if she could stop my appointment to do someone’s eyebrows and then come back to finish my nails. Of course, I refused. Also, please note that they do not always use sterilized tools — in my case, they did not. My gel nails were damaged shortly after I got them done (I will attach photos below). I went back to the salon on February 7 to show them what was wrong with my nails. When I entered, the receptionist was sitting and talking on the phone. I greeted her, but she did not stand up and continued her conversation. I was standing there waiting and no one paid attention to me. I asked if there was anyone I could speak with, and she replied “there is” and kept talking on the phone. After waiting some more, I finally left. This is a salon where customers are treated with disrespect and neglect, and where proper sterilization is not maintained.

Lorena took care of me. She is very sweet and works pretty good. I did gel pedicure and regular nail color. I have to say that 1 coat is better to dry with this particular color. Viviana at front desk is super welcoming as well. She offered some coffee, teas or bubbly which is always a good add on to a self care day🤗 Overall the salon is super pleasant.

I had both my hair and nails done at this salon and was very happy with both. Ariana did my nails multiple times and she did an amazing job with the design, this will be my forever nail girl. Marlene did my extentions and she was very professional and my hair turned out PERFECT. Overall very pleased and will definitely be back, thank you!

It depends on who realize the nails to you. Some of them are great and other ones are terrible. I had 2 very bad experiences but I also had a great experience today with Nailen, she did a great job, she was nice, very friendly and she had a lot of patience. She cared about if I really liked the shape and the color. My nails looks great now. Thank you Nailen!!

I was a loyal every 2-3 weeks for two years getting gel mani and hard gel overlay on my nails. I came a few times for a fill on my lashes and was always so happy with it. Last month I came to get a full set of new lashes. I showed the tech photos and explained in detail that I wanted A NATURAL, WISPY set NO volume NO hybrid. The second I saw my lashes I was unhappy. I asked the tech if she could make some minor adjustments and her response was “which ones do you want me to remove” (mind you she did a total VOLUME set…) She did some adjustments but in the end I was still unhappy and the salon offered me a refund. That was very sweet of them and I went about to have the lashes removed. Now fast forward two weeks I call to make an appointment using a gift card my kids purchased for me a week after the lash incident. When I called I was told I am not longer welcome to be serviced in the salon anymore. This leaves me with a gift card that I am now working to be refunded since I am not welcome in the salon because I was not satisfied with a service. Some of the ladies here do good work. I have referred COUNTLESS ladies and gentleman to come for mani pedi or massage. To be treated like this is just sad:/ but at least they honored my gift card and issued a refund after 45 mins.

I've been a regular client for years now and love that you can get multiple services done. I typically get mani-pedi and wax, but have also done facials. If you decide to come, ask for Lilian Cho, she is simple the best and the reason why I keep coming back. Her attention to details, quality of work, and caring are just priceless! 💖

This was my first time visiting Victoria Nail Spa and I am so happy with it! Lindy made my nails look absolutely perfect for the wedding I am attending this weekend and everyone who worked there was so sweet! Good vibes. I moved to Florida recently and have been looking for a place like this 😊 five stars!!
