Very bad experience with Victor Michael In regards of house maintenence they were really good however when I had to renew my house contract someone told me an amount and 1 month before my contract was about to end was a diferent amount. Victor Michael classified this situation as "system error" never had an apology they treat people as produts. Very very disapointed and to avoid go to court I had to move house. Thank god I don't recomment at all because they will never look to your best interest just "their own belly:

I had a very distressing experience with Victor Michael. On 8 September 2025, I called to report a neighbour’s burglar alarm that had been sounding non-stop for over 4 hours. The noise caused me a severe migraine and stress, which was especially difficult as I am pregnant and caring for a one-year-old toddler. When I spoke with Grace, instead of showing empathy or professionalism, she was aggressive, gave me no assurance that the issue would be dealt with quickly, and even hung up on me while I was in clear distress. This left me crying for an hour while still listening to the alarm. I was shocked at such behaviour from a property manager, especially towards a non-native English speaker. It seems tenants are treated in the same dismissive way, which is unacceptable for a company responsible for people’s homes. In urgent situations, the minimum expectation is calm, professional, and empathetic support — not hostility. As a suggestion, I believe Victor Michael should carry out a proper investigation into this incident and provide Grace with appropriate training to ensure this does not happen again.
