Even when certain parts of the move became challenging — especially with the landlord being a bit difficult at times — Kagan handled everything calmly and professionally. He always kept us informed, reassured us when things felt uncertain, and went above and beyond his role to make sure we were taken care of. His support, even outside normal working hours, made a huge difference.
Dora Ana, the Office Administrator, was also a huge help. She consistently stepped in to resolve issues, chased up updates, and ensured we weren’t left waiting or confused. Her patience, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile really eased the stress of the situation.
A special mention also goes to Esta Meksrunaite from the Newlet department. She worked efficiently behind the scenes to push things forward, making sure the move-in process stayed on track despite the complications. Her organisation and quick action helped bring everything together smoothly.
